Alex's cars are in great shape and fairly priced. We didn't end up purchasing the car we went to see as it wasn't exactly what we wanted, but he was very kind about that, and we are staying in touch as we may still find a car through him. He is cordial, perceptive, and no-pressure.

This car met all my need, its spacious and stylish. The miles per gallon is great as well and the steering feels great. The interior feels great.

As stated in my header, Boston Foreign Motor made my vehicle purchase experience absolutely facile. I live in Houston TX and traveled to Boston for a car deal! I have my fair share of the classic car salesman experience also the bureaucracy and red-tapism involved in buying cars from so called huge dealerships, these were completely eliminated as the process was more straight forward and transparent at Boston Foreign Motor. It didn't feel like I was being hustled at all and everything was about absolutely on terms and prerogrative. Their cars are really clean and defect free - I know because I'm currently enjoying my 2014 yet looking/driving 2016 Mercedes E350. They mainly stock cars with low mileage and when the miles are high the cars still look as sharp as a needle! The 2016/2017 models were the bulk of my test driving. Ended up buying the 2016 Q5 2.0 Premium Plus with ~25k miles on it. Handled like a dream, technology package is great, and gets pretty good mileage. Certified Pre-Owned is the way to go as you can get original warranty as well as the comfort knowing that the car has undergone all of the relevant inspections. Overall great car with good price and resale value.

Audi Natick Service is as close to perfect as you can get.

This car met all of my needs and feels very luxurious to drive. I wish there was more storage room in the console and the drink holders are awkward with the console tray.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This car is like a dream. The ride is so smooth and the control I have while driving is amazing. It accelerates nicely and the turns are tight. It has so many bells and whistles technologically but they are easy to figure out.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I purchased a used 2017 VW Touareg Executive from this dealer in November 2018 and I have to say it was the best car buying experience ever. My sales Rep Sky Tang was very professional and treated me with respect. I went to Audi Natick to buy that specific Touareg that I saw advertised. Sky had the car ready for the test drive and was prepared to answer all my questions. She explained Audi's pricing policy, warranty, etc. and then we discussed my trade. After a couple of short discussions with her supervisor we settled on the fair value of my trade and the deal was done.

I really like how this vehicle drives so well, very smooth, responsive, and extremely comfortable drive. The exterior and exterior of the Q5 is beautiful. I do wish it had the touchscreen option however in this SUV with its infotainment system I don’t miss that option too much. The panoramic sunroof is a great feature. I definitely would recommend this vehicle to others.

I purchase two or three cars a year. I am always on the lookout for something new and different. I started to get the itch again right after New Years and started to look around. I ended up focusing my search on a pre-owned A6. I looked at a lot of cars. I eventually met David Hamilton at Audi Natick. David is a pro. Easy to talk to, engaging, not pushy. My search came down to two (2) almost identical cars. Same year, color, options. Identical. Audi Natick offered me $3,500 more for my trade than the other dealer. The Audi Natick vehicle cost $500 more than the other vehicle, but had 5,000 less miles and almost four (4) years of warranty, whereas the other car's warranty will expire in less than a year. Talk about a no-brainer. I am now driving my 2013 A6 and I couldn't be happier. When I start the get itch again in a few months, I'll know where to go. Audi Natick gets my highest recommendation.

Quality car with amazing amount of technology. My insurance went down compared with a 2011 Buick! Quite economical too on gas. Recommend it for a family, safe transporting children.

Ultra quiet Q7 developed wierd rump-rump- rump noise related to speed. Thought sure it was so expensive drive train component. Was greatly relieved problem was uneven tire wear attributed to loss of wheel alignment. Can’t imagine how that happened as we only drive on the excellent po hole free byways of New England. Alignment corrected, tires rotated and Q is good to go. Still have some tire noise, but now we know why. Oh Q is exceptional isolating road noise and absorbing bumps & holes.

Of all the German manufactures, Audi leads in style, performance, fit and finish. The Q5 is the standard that others need to follow. The very best.

Good so far. For a 4 cylinder it can generate a good bit of power when needed. My only complaint so far is that it has minimal storage. The console compartment is small and cannot be accessed unless the cup holder of cups is emptied!

Great service, timely, informative. An additional item was found to be an issue. They explained it fully and gave me clear options of how to have it addresses.

I live in NH so I saw this car on-line along with a couple of others within 30 minutes of each other I planned to look at that weekend but when I walked in to BidCars Boston and saw the car, I didn't need to go any further. The 2014 Challenger was in fantastic condition, just what I was looking for and I couldn't beat the price anywhere. They let me take my time to look over the car on my own. I bought this SUV to replace my 2004 Acura that I have been driving for 14 years, I have always wanted to own an Audi, and now that I have one I love it, great reviews online from other owners, I don't regret buying it.

I received a letter from Audi that there was a factory recall on a control module on my A5. I called the dealer, made an appointment for a few days later. My paperwork was pretty much complete when I brought the car in, they had the loaner ready and I was back on my way in less than 10 minutes. It was just as easy picking up my car later in the day...plus they washed my car! Professional service, clean and organized service department and quality workmanship.

I have been going to Audi Norwell for ten years and have always been so impressed with their service department. Last week I came in to get a check-up and, while waiting, took a look at the new A5 out of curiosity. One thing lead to another and I end up buying one! John Martinelli was fantastic. He was polite, respectful and courteous. He made the whole experience easy and painless.

The car meets all my needs from a function standpoint plus it is fun to drive. It has great acceleration and body roll its negligible. Gas mileage is as advertised, which is exemplary for a car with this kind of performance. I was hesitant in buying a four cylinder engine in a vehicle of this size and weight, but the performance is so much better than the six cylinder I had in the Lexus RX350 that I had right before this car. One major plus for the Audi is it always seems to be in the right gear for accelerating from a start or on the highway. There is no lag in waiting for the transmission to shift or for the turbo to kick in. Plus there are so many ways to set the way the car for shifting, steering feedback and suspension that it is nearly impossible not to find the right setting for any given situation. Functionally, there is plenty of room for four full-sized people and luggage, boxes, golf clubs or whatever else you want to throw in the back. The only minus that I have noted so far is the lack of interior storage for small items. The glovebox is plenty big, but the console has very limited storage capacity and the doors do not have a very functional bins for storing anything larger than a sunglass case. The bin in the console is always open and the design needs some more thought. My car has the upgraded stereo, which eats up space under the floor in the rear hatch area.

The vehicle had a very good price, unfortunately the sales person ( Z Mehdi) did not fulfill his commitment, will think twice before going again

This is the second time I've been here to have my car serviced. The service center is always filled with a friendly staff. They have me in and out quickly. Always explaining everything I need to know about my car and any issues they find. I highly recommend them!

Love this car. Sporty and smooth. Ride is great with power and off road capabilities when I need it. Looking forward to going off road and towing.
