There are two phases to the dealer/buyer experience: 1) selecting and purchasing your car; 2) having your vehicle serviced. The purchase may take a few hours, though often much less time. In my case, Ed Costie and Jeff Hummel could not have been more professional on the sales side--a satisfying experience all around. For me, however, it's the service experience that's even more important. After all, you interact with the service department multiple times during your car ownership. The service team at Glenwood Audi is professional in every way, meaning easy to work with, well organized, nice, efficient, and fast. I hope to make as few visits to the service department as possible (and I assume that will be the case, knowing the quality built into every Audi, but when I do need service, I know it will be excellent. And Ed and Jeff will swing by the waiting room to say hi. Even the head of finance came by to say hello.
I purchased my new 1998 Audi A4 originally from Scottsdale Audi. My service advisor Al Rizzo, had been exceptional. I love my car and want to keep it in tip top shape. Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. When I use valet service at resorts, often the bellmen want to purchase my car....it is immaculate. Thank you Al, for your continued care!
This was the most amazing car buying experience ever. I onlybwent in to look at a new Boxter and ended up leaving with an upgrade to the 718 S. My salesman was Nate, and he was absolutely amazing. His passion for these cars, along with his incredible knowledge of them, sold me. I had no intention of buying today. He took me for a test drive and I was sold. He was so fun to work with. Davin in finance made the paperwork so incredibly easy and fast. He is truly a master at his task and I was so grateful. I'm beyond thrilled with the customer service experience and would highly recommend this dealership!
Euro vans are hard to work on and have difficult electronics. Two other VW repair shops were unable to fix the steering angle sensor re-program glitch. Auto Nation stayed overtime and worked until the problem was solved. They certainly went the extra mile.

We had been looking for a used 2018 Audi Q5 for some time and had run into too many poorly run dealerships that simply did not listen to what we wanted in our area. Once we expanded our search, we found Marcos Morales at Walter's Audi in Riverside who went SO FAR BEYOND what any salesperson has done in the past. He was AMAZING start to finish and truly understands that this is a SERVICE oriented business and you have to LISTEN to what the customer wants, not TELL them. He did a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered EVERY question we had in a quick and courteous fashion. He was professional and LISTENED (note to other dealerships we did NOT buy from: YOU listen to US, not the other way around!) to our needs, and we drove over 350 miles to get this car, bypassing a lot of dealerships along the way! Just a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi and Marcos Morales.
I was taken by the hand through the process of my leasing with kind care yet with courteous, friendly, and much professionalism. Michelle Racine has given me so much attentention into details and advises to ensure that I would be happy with the lease of my 2018 Q3 Quattro Premium Plus. I recommend her excellent service and Fletcher Jones Audi to anyone, very highly! I also got a good deal with my trade in and a good price of the new lease!
Our first Service experience was to have a Dupont Coating (interior/exterior)one our new Q5 . The Service Manager- Gennesis Sanchez was very nice, efficient and accommodating! We received a loaner car for the 1 1/2 days it took to do the work (due to the weather). The facility is new, clean and very modern.
My GTS was having engine troubles and I could not drive it, I dropped it by the dealership knowing it would take a few days without an appointment. Rick got the car in and repaired that day! Couldn't be happier. He has been at the service department for the last 12 years and has served my servicing needs for my last 3 Porsche's.

My service representative Shane, treats me with courtesy and patience takes the time to explain the type of service being done and keeps to a reasonable time schedule. I've waited for my services and everyone in the dealership are friendly and helpful. I love the fact that my 2016 Audi A4 is being serviced by qualified technicians and that they are keeping my car safe to drive, because I Love! driving my Audi looks good and gets a lot of compliments. A job very well done. This was an unusual situation - where my steering rack was damaged 16 months before the self-diagnostics threw an alert. My Audi service advisor, Brandon Anderson, worked closely with the insurance adjuster to install a used rack from another vehicle. The insurance company handled their part very well. Brandon kept me informed (almost daily) and provided a loaner vehicle for a week, no charge. No worries, no cost; it doesn’t get any better than this! Brandon’s mild manner and very professional performance really impressed me - truly an exceptional experience!
Very easy, positive purchasing experience on a pre-owned 2014 S6. I???d been keeping my eye out for used S6/S7???s for some time, and this one popped up on car gurus. Clicked the ePice button on Audi Beaverton???s website, and got a quick response from Craig Fleishman who provided me with an ePrice that was lower than that listed on the site and answered my numerous questions. The ad said ???flawless interior??? and it wasn???t an exaggeration! Craig took me and my family on a thorough test drive, and treated all three of us with respect. He immediately recognized that I was familiar with the Audi lineup and knew what I was looking for, and answered questions rather than trying to ???sell??? or ???push??? anything. Further price negotiation was very cordial. I didn???t get a ???screaming good deal??? on it but I definitely feel like I paid a reasonable and fair price for a hard-to-find used car. We came back about 5 hours later to pick up the car we went and enjoyed Portland while they detailed it) and aside from the odometer and a few minor paint chips, you???d think it was brand new. Sigve from Finance went through all the paperwork with me, he worked quickly but didn???t rush me through reading what I was signing. Both Craig and Sigve were professional yet down to earth. It was worth the trip from Bend to get a hard-to-find used car in fantastic condition, I???d definitely do business with Audi Beaverton again.

I was very particular about the 2018 S4 configuration that I wanted--I expected to have to make an order. I reached out to every Audi dealer within 500 miles to see if they had what I was looking for. Shane at Audi Beaverton responded, saying they had the closest thing to what I wanted in the entire PNW. Others had responded to my inquiry similarly, so I was skeptical at this point. I looked at the car, and it was close, but I didn't spend too much time reading. After scouring dealer inventories myself, I narrowed it down to about five cars, and then I picked the closest to my ideal configuration-turns out this was the same one that Shane e-mailed me. After that, Shane and I started e-mailing each other just an hour before closing time, and our e-mails continued until 11PM at night. Not only did he offer a fair deal on the one car that I was willing to buy in WA/ID/OR, but the interaction gave me the confidence to bum a one way car ride (via a co-worker's son that I had never met previously) from the Seattle area down to Beaverton the following morning. Even though I was technically stranded in the Portland, I was treated well, did not feel any pressure, and drove away with the car I wanted with a fair deal. The sales, finance, and educations portions of the experience were all great. I was in and out of the finance office in what felt like 10 minutes. I was eager to get back on the road in my new S4 to get home since I my ETA was about 10PM at that point. Shane did his best to condense a large knowledge transfer process down to meet my time-frame and he was very good at explaining all of the functions. I'm about 30 and technologically savvy, but you could tell he was accustom to explaining the MMI features to an older, less technical crowd (baby boomers, I'm looking at you)--I have a lot of respect for the patience he has, and did have to exhibit even with me at times. Shane truly had an enthusiasm for the car and it was very evident as he explained the features to me. I was the one rushing him, not the other way around. After my return to WA, I did have some follow-up questions and Shane immediately fielded them to my satisfaction. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and after owning the vehicle for just over 2 weeks, I would do it all again the same way. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff based on my own experience.
