I recently brought my vehicle in for service at Audi, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how quick and seamless the entire process was. From start to finish, everything was handled efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. A special shoutout to Jesse Szabad for his exceptional customer service. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and proactive in keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Jesse made sure I knew exactly what was going on with the vehicle at every step, which made the experience stress-free and straightforward. My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Manny at Audi Englewood. From the very beginning, Manny was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy — we made a deal within a single day! Manny worked hard to get me to the exact price I needed to be at, and he never made me feel pressured. He answered every question I had — even on his day off! Not only was he responsive to me, but he also took the time to answer all of my husband’s and my dad’s (many!) questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, communicative, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. If you’re thinking about buying from Audi Englewood, ask for Manny — you won’t regret it!

I had the greatest experience at the Audi Service Center in Fair Lawn , NJ . I have a 2008 Audi Q7 . I went to Audi for an oil change and there was a minor accident with my wipes. Sam was very professional and told me to leave the car for replacement. He said that it would be ready by Friday . On Friday he called me , the car was ready and perfect . I appreciate the high level of professionalism and excellent service . The staff are well educated and they have the best espresso coffee (:
