My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

It was easy to book an appointment and I was assigned a service representative. When I got there I was told my service rep was not there that day, but Ibrahim introduced himself. He listened to what I wanted to have looked at. Ibrahim took may car and invited me to wait in the customer service area. He kept me up to date on my repair and indeed, it was done in the time he expected it to be. I will request him as my advisor if I have to have another repair done.
