My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

We did not hesitate to search for a replacement for our car but went straight to Audi Mpls. Richard Busker and Mark Larson lead us thru the experience of finding the right car for us. Both Mark and Richard were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Lindsey Nelson joined the team to greet us as we have worked with her during our first purchase of the 2018. All of these people made us feel warmly welcomed and comfortable. We feel like we not only have a new car we love but also several new friends.

I have been coming to Audi Ft Worth since my purchase. I have came to know Mr. Marc Moja and developed a professional business relationship. He is, has been and will remain my ?go to? for information and tips for maintaining my vehicle, until I cease to own it. The only concern I have as a customer is the ?rental car? policy (ie) 1. only advance rsvp notice and 2. no consideration for unexpected (emergency/urgent) circumstances and situations for customers, even with the best of planning, and in particular if they have to drive for an hour or more away. Question: is this too high/much of an expectation for a loyal repeat customer?
