40,000 Mile Service on my wife's Passat

I made an appointment to have the 40,000 mile service done on my wife's 2013 VW Passat at 7:30 a,m. on Tuesday, July 25. I had been told that it would be a lengthy service so I asked about a ride back to my home when I dropped off the car. When I arrived at Village VW, everything was ready to begin the service. Randy Barger, the service representative with whom I had made the appointment, had the paper work ready for me to sign and he also had the "courtesy van" set to give me the ride back to my home. The van driver's name was Tim (I failed to get his last name) and he was a very professional and courteous individual. When the service on the car had been completed, I received a call from Randy around 3 p.m. notifying me that the service had been completed and that Tim was on his way to pick me up. Once again, Village VW was truly exceptional in providing the service needed on this car and the courtesies extended to me were exceptional. I recommend Village VW highly and do not hesitate to do so.
