I walked into Audi Norwell with an above average knowledge base of cars, especially Audi's. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Nissan for a new 2016 S5 lease. Sam Doxsey had helped my mother purchase an Audi Q5 a few days earlier so I sought out his help. Having never leased a car before, Sam made the process extremely easy. Taking me on multiple test drives with multiple vehicles over the course of three visits. He was extremely knowledgable and passionate about the cars Audi Norwell sold. I took in a lot of information from Sam that ultimately helped me make a decision. Sam made sure I got all the special incentives available as well. I have to say, the part of the car buying process that people look forward to the least, the negotiation, was really quick and painless with Sam and Sam's manager. We spoke initial lease numbers my first visit but I didn't negotiate until I had at least 2 more negotiated prices from other Audi dealers. I told Sam if he could match the lowest price of the two I brought in that I would take it. Needless to say after 2 minutes with his manager, Sam came back with paperwork and the deal was done. After I decided to Lease the S5 Andrew Dunn (Audi Financial) went above and beyond his responsibility of having me fill out paperwork. He was a passionate owner of an S model car and gave me a ton of info about car care, and how to get the best performance out of my new car. I highly recommend Audi Norwell, specifically Sam Doxsey in sales and Andrew Dunn in Finance/Business department.
