We had a superb buying experience! After test driving another Q7 at another dealer, we decided within hours that we would buy it. But it sold just after we left the dealer. So after searching online, we found one at Audi Rockville, who immediately got in touch and gave us a great deal. This is my second review for this fantastic dealership and especially Mr. Mobin Fateh my all time favorite sales representative at Chantilly Audi! Emailed early morning to verify a specific vehicle was on the lot. Jean-Marc responded quickly about the status. I asked him a few questions which he promptly responded to and made me want to visit the dealership. When I arrived he had me work with Chris Kutrumbis and he was great. Answered all my questions and attained info he wasnt sure of. Agreed to numbers and worked with Chris in finance who showed me exactly what I needed and we finished the process very smoothly and quickly. Probably the best dealership experience I've ever had.

The sales representative (Atanas Ivanov) was very knowledgeable and competently answered all of our questions. He also had a patient manner that was great for a senior couple unfamiliar with the latest automotive technology. Linda and her service team earn customers for life which is evident when you meet other customers there that have been with Silver Spring for well over a decade.
