I had a great experience at this Audi dealership. Danny Greer was an outstanding salesman?professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make this purchase extra special since the car was a surprise for my 16-year-old daughter. He even put a big pink bow on the car and was so kind and thoughtful with my whole family. Truly a memorable experience?highly recommend asking for Danny if you?re looking for a new Audi!

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. I was expecting service to be an in and out process. After the mechanic review of the problematic tire, a decision was determined to replace the defective tire. An Audi vehicle was provided (loaner); and, I was able to pickup my A6 vehicle the next day (early morning).
