I seriously cannot recommend Audi Englewood enough. I worked with Anna for a car for both my wife and daughter and she was honestly incredible from start to finish. She made the whole process so easy and stress free. You can tell right away she genuinely cares and isn’t just trying to sell you something, she actually listens and wants to make sure you’re getting what’s right for you as a customer. She was super knowledgeable, super patient, and just helped me feel really taken care of and find ideal vehicles for my family. We live in Jersey but made the drive out to Biener Audi because they have the best prices, selection, and reputation. Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer. This was my first experience with Ray Catena and a high line vehicle purchase. I was a little nervous, as I usually am with big purchases, but Alex was great. Even though my husband works in the car business, Alex took the time to go over every aspect of my car, as well as all of the paperwork.
