Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

Like Michael Ponter, the General Manager, who is all over the place but will always find time for you. Like Eric, the Internet expert who, fittingly, will keep in touch via electronic communication. Or like Reba, the charming and efficient receptionist who will help you with anything you need, even if you only need a warm smile. All this making Hiley not just a great place to buy a car, but a great place to visit. How many times have you said that about a car dealership?

Excellent communication & service. Needed to have timely service while waiting and they met my expectations. Comfortable lounge with snacks & beverages. Very clean dealership all around.

I came in this April to either buy a car or lease a car and knew little to nothing about the whole process. But VW and Jeff Anderson both made that so much easier for me and I could not be happier with my decision to trade in my old VW Jetta for a brand new beautiful Tiguan!

I went to take my Audi to get the wheel bearings replaced. They sent me a video about the inspection they did and it was super detailed and helpful. I appreciated the communication from the tech.

I traveled to Las Vegas on a roadtrip through the desert, and my coolant light came on. I was nervous because the temperature was close to 120. They arranged for my car to be looked at first thing the following morning. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Shannon even set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could return to the hotel to pick up my belongings. By the time I returned, my car had been repaired and was ready. I was able to drive home safely. In true Audi form, the team performed and took great care of me.

Another excellent experience at MB Portland. Andy, my advisor, handled my service promptly and provided details and information that was helpful. I had no waiting on delivery or pickup. Art got me home after I dropped of the car. Everyone was courteous and helpful. This is how I have been treated there for years and will continue to go there.

I flew to Fresno and JJ was there to pick me up. My car was waiting and ready to go, paperwork was a breeze and I was on the road headed for LA in record time. The service experience was excellent. I was able to schedule the service online. I needed to update service instructions; service manager Ibrahim took care of editing service instructions and updating appointment date and time. On day of service, I was met by service member as soon as I drove into garage. Ibrahim arrived shortly after and coordinated the service. I received periodic updates while in break area enjoying coffee and cookies. The car was ready per original schedule provided by Ibrahim. The car was washed nicely. Overall it was a very pleasant morning.
