I called ahead to ask my sales associate, Jon Pollock, to hold a newly advertised certified Q7 for 4 hours while I drove from Portland to Seattle. Jon went out of his way to accommodate me and assured me the car would be waiting. He was friendly, engaging, and absolutely knowledgeable about the product he sales. During the test drive, I was given a brief summary of the features the car had and after returning to the dealership, I was given a more detailed explanation of the Q7’s amenities. The price was more than fair, the car was better than advertised, and financing got an interest rate for me that was lower than my own credit union offered. Returning to write another great review of Audi Bellevue Service. Our Audi Q5 had an engine light come on (malfunction indicator light) on Thursday afternoon. We had a road trip planned for the next day Friday early morning. We immediately drove to Audi Bellevue service and were met by Michael H right away. He recognized me from last time and immediately inquired if the previous issues had returned or if this was new. I told him the situation and our dire need to get this seen right away so that we could keep our travel plans. Michael understood the the time sensitivity of the situation and quickly got our car in for the codes to be read. We arrived at 5 pm and the service center closed at 7 pm so we had little time. While it was being diagnosed, Michael helped us come up with alternative solutions, ie a loaner, driving a limited distance on the car as is, potential fixes that might temporarily solve or long term solve probably causes, etc. Michael continued to keep us informed along the way with quick and periodic updates, and checked in with us on our action plan. I?ve worked in customer service and owned a business that needed strong people persons; I?d hire Michael in a second for any job that needs a good communicator; friendly disposition, and the ability to quickly assess a situation and come up with an action plan using the ALL the tools at his/her/their disposal. I will continue to return to audi Bellevue service center for my automobile needs, including sticking with Audi for future car needs down the road, knowing I can get them serviced here.
