Shawn was amazing! An absolute pleasure to work with. I went in with my parents to look at a 2024 Q3 (for my mom), that he had and he instead found her the perfect 2025 with upgraded specs/optics, for as close to MSRP as possible. When the colors on the lot didn’t match my mom’s preference, he went the extra mile to find her one straight off the dock in the exact color she wanted. Shawn was incredibly professional and treated my parents like family. He was very knowledgeable which helped us get across the finish line to get my mom in her new car. Super friendly, very easy buying experience. Got a great deal without having to haggle or negotiate. The price was the price and if you have the funds and can afford the price, then go with these guys cause they are very nice and easy going. At the same time, they know what they are doing and that gives them a great balance of both professionalism and normalcy. All in all we got a great used car below market value and they did a great job with reconditioning the car for resale. Gave me all the service records and guided me through any questions I had ahead of time. Even gave me the out the door price a few hours before I arrived so I knew what we were getting into.

I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.
