As always the service was easy to access on a convenient date, easy drop off pick up, videos and texts were sent while my car was being worked on - and managed by my service rep, Vanessa! Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. I brought my 2014 Audi A4 for its annual service. Our Service advisor was very good and explained everything that needed to be done. Everything was done on time and as explained. However it was pretty expensive.

Worked with Johnny on a certified pre-owned Allroad. The process was good, we were there for a quite a while, but we did request all the service records on the vehicle, and they complied with the request. the transaction was easy. I would work with them again.
