When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. Repairing repairs i had completed by a non Audi dealership. My cars ecm module was corrupted by a non audi mechanic. I had to go to Audi, order a new one from Germany. What a nightmare, live and learn
