Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! The team at MINI in Tinley was so nice and very accommodating! Connor was great to deal with. He worked very hard to make sure I was getting the MINI for me.

I had been searching for months to find the right A8L. I had been to another dealer to look at a 4.0 in the color I wanted, but there were so bad it almost turned me away from Audi altogether. I saw on cars.com they had a car that was very close to my requirements and it was one year newer and Audi Certified. I did not get as much for my trade as I reasonably expected but overall I feel like I got a good car at a good deal. Wendy was my "brand specialist" and was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them as it was a good experience, which I can not often say about buying a used car at a dealership.

Service department runs efficiently and they communicate well. I've never had any issues when I have had service here. The time estimate was accurate and they communicated during the process.

As a rule I don?t give out 5 star ratings because there is always room for improvement, but I made an exception this time on the buying process because I don?t know how it could have been better. It was so good, in fact, that my wife said she wants to buy her next car here as well. I had financing already in hand, but was unable to reach my lender and the team found equivalent financing, and nothing felt pushy( even the warranty process). The facility was clean and we had a great overall experience. I highly recommend.

Great team with excellent customer service. I have previously owned BMW/Mercedes, and most recently Audi from another local dealer. Awesome customer service with a nice personal touch Bobby Sosa went above and beyond to be sure we understood everything out Audi Q5 has to offer. He is patient and kind to answer all of our questions and still offered his time after the sale if we had any additional questions. Bobby made the car buying experience easy.
