Michael Pappano was our sales rep and we couldn't be more pleased. He was knowledgeable about the various models he showed us, professional, courteous and very patient. He was super helpful during the sales process and continues to be after completing the purchase. We worked with Ashley Westermark in Finance who made us feel at ease and was also extremely patient as we debated our decisions. We never felt pressured and found everything to be pretty laid back. I just traded my Q5 in for a Q8 and it was a great experience. I contacted Jamie again (he sold me the Q5 last year) and the process was very easy. We felt no pressure to close the deal, but the since the trade-in value and cost of the new car seemed fair, we decided to go for it. Everything went smoothly, from selecting the right model, test driving it, getting the trade-in evaluated and doing the paperwork. I've been very happy with the car, Audi Natick and Jamie since buying the Q5 and now with the upgrade to the Q8. I would definitely go back if we decide to get another Audi.

I had an awesome car buying experience at Audi Nashua with Matt labrecque. Through the whole experience I felt like I was the number one priority.
