I recently brought my car in for a recall. I was able to schedule my appointment online/through app, and it was so easy. When I got to the dealership, Ben was friendly and helpful. When I left, I was texted and emailed with notice that my car was brought in and was encouraged to ask any questions through the text or email exchange. I have been shopping for Audi Prestige for few months, and purchased from Audi Rockville. I had a great experience at Audi Rockville! and Kenneth Chang helped me get a great deal. Rockville Audi is very transparent in their purchase process, and disclosing all discounts they can offer. I made the deal without even looking at the car or test drive. Ken was super supportive with speedy response and we had finalized deal just over couple of phone calls. The entire process was very smooth once we reached the dealership, and took a quick test drive, and finished the paper work.
