The sales representative (Atanas Ivanov) was very knowledgeable and competently answered all of our questions. He also had a patient manner that was great for a senior couple unfamiliar with the latest automotive technology. Silver Spring is the de-facto Porsche dealer for both sales and service in the Mid-Atlantic. I just found out they were named the #1 Premier dealership in the area and my experience reflects it. They're honest, thorough, fair, and stand behind their work. It's no surprise that people in the DC area drive past other Porsche dealers to come to Silver Spring. Linda and her service team earn customers for life which is evident when you meet other customers there that have been with Silver Spring for well over a decade. Birds of a feather clearly flock together here. 2 Cayennes and 2 (soon to be 3) 911's later, this is ONLY dealership I'll ever let touch my cars.

Good customer service is hard to find in sales but Audi Rockville has mastered it. The priority was not just making a sale but to make sure my needs were met and that I felt heard and covered. Everyone was patient and provided detailed information about all of my choices and options. 10/10 would recommend.

Jacob Jay was great from the beginning. Chill, pleasant, informed, honest and caring, and always communicating on time. There was an issue with the car I wanted to test and he called me ahead and offered me a different one. He allowed me to drive as much as I needed to, and we bought it. We had a superb buying experience! After test driving another Q7 at another dealer, we decided within hours that we would buy it. But it sold just after we left the dealer. Emailed early morning to verify a specific vehicle was on the lot. Jean-Marc responded quickly about the status. I asked him a few questions which he promptly responded to and made me want to visit the dealership. When I arrived he had me work with Chris Kutrumbis and he was great. Answered all my questions and attained info he wasnt sure of. Agreed to numbers and worked with Chris in finance who showed me exactly what I needed and we finished the process very smoothly and quickly. Probably the best dealership experience I've ever had.
