I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

Tyler was my sales person and he made our used car purchase super easy, from the test drive, to looking into why the light came on the dash during the drive (he had the service department review it that night and they solved the problem). Price negotiations were smooth and they treated my concerns with respect. When I asked to have the vehicle to my mechanic, they were happy to let me. But due to logistics problems with my schedule, he used his day off to drive it up to my mechanic himself, on his day off! That’s going the extra mile. Matt was excellent to work with signing papers as well, and the rest of the staff was all very friendly as well. It’s nice to see there are still car dealerships that treat you with respect and go the extra mile to give you excellent customer service!

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

Great response in getting back to in a timely fashion. I liked the sales staff. If they didn’t have an answer to a question they found it real fast and answered the question.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Drives and rides like a dream. Reliable, great engineering and with a huge cargo area for moving heavy items. Bose 10 speaker system is awesome! Bluetooth, hands free, etc etc etc! Can’t say enough good things about this vehicle!

I had car trouble and without an appointment, I was able to limp the vehicle into the garage. once inside, Ryan was able to get my vehicle inspected first thing the next morning. I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.
