The Auto Livery staff is friendly and helpful whether it is buying a car, trading one in or getting your car serviced. They are very knowledgeable and provide top notch service. This isn’t like other car dealerships where you feel pressured by their salesman. The Auto Livery is a hassle free, no pressure automobile dealership. That is one thing I look for when I purchase a car. They also offer very fair prices on their cars (my family has purchased multiple cars from them) and also in their service shop. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality used automobile or simply just get their car serviced here!

It's an excellent and smooth ride. I love my Audi. I also love that I can put 7 CD's in there and switch from one to the other to listen to the music I love with the built in Bose sound system. My only complaint is about the price of gas, since it only takes premium. But other than that it's comfortable. The AC and heat work quickly, and it drives well in snow or rain. It's uber luxurious!

Yesterday I picked up my 3rd used car from the Audi Connection in Cincinnati, Ohio and I don't live in that state. In my 4 years driving the Audi's that Greg sold me I have never had any problem with any of my cars. Not one trouble warning light, not one misfire, not one manufacturing oversight just simply exceeded driving expectations. One feature I really like is the Audi's unique Quattro drive, in the rain, in the snow I'm the 4 door sedan passing the Suv's. This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

i bought my Chevy Silverado over 2 years ago from these guys. they were very nice and help full, ive had no issues with my truck since ive owed it. i would definitely buy from them again. Same as any used Car Dealership, its up to you to look the car over your interested in. Cars usually come from Auctions and the dealer doesn't Know history. They do A CarFax. I had no issues with these guys.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

There were professional and courteous. The Information received was useful and it helped a lot.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

We went out to look at a convertible A5. Columbia had the color combo desired vs another dealer. They could not have been nicer, responsive and the consultant kept in contact thoughtfully. The buying experience was enjoyable, and the A5 convertible is awesome. Haven’t had to service yet, but they do communicate on scheduled maintenance. So far so good. Thanks Ron, I love my car!

Had an excellent experience buying my new Q7 Prestige. Called to see if a vehicle was available, salesman said it was not but just got a new one in. Told me all about it m, sent me the window sticker, and it was everything I wanted. Drove 2 hours down, finished the deal, and couldn’t be happier. See or ask for Frank when you go there. Kudos to Audi Cincinnati East for their beautiful facility, exceptionally friendly staff, nice selection of vehicles, and general feeling that I am a valued customer, from start to finish. I visited "the other dealer" in Cincinnati when shopping for my Audi, and was turned off immediately. My salesman, Todd (also the Finance Manager - handy!) was exceedingly helpful, very understanding of my vehicle and finance objectives, smart and witty, and really easy to work with. I was shopping at the time of year when the model year was changing, and Todd's extensive knowledge guided me through the entire ordering/shipping process. It was fun and exciting. Now, two months post-delivery, I am happy as can be, and enjoy stopping by the dealership sometimes just to say hi. My 2016 Q3 is smooth, fast and beautiful...exactly what I was looking for. This brand and dealership offer a premium A++ experience. Highly recommend.

Audi is a great car overall. Well made. Very dependable. Always a smooth ride. Requires minimum extra maintenance. Can be depended on. What else can I say!

Fantastic experience buying a new brand. Steve Warden was professional, thorough, and understood his products vs the competition. I was not an easy sales since I have been buying Mercedes product for over 15 years. Let's hope the after sale experience is as good as the buying process!

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.
