Recently bought a used car here ~ I went to get the car's emissions test done right after I drove it off the lot & it failed the emissions test due to the check engine light suddenly coming on. I took the car back ~ they identified the problem. They said, "We WILL fix this." Not only did they order a new part for the car ~ THEY took the car for the emissions test ~ they loaned me a car to get back & forth to work. My car passed the emissions test straightaway ~ and they had my car ready for me to pick up LESS than 24 hours from the beginning of of this issue. Ralph & his crew are truly AMAZING! Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Drives and rides like a dream. Reliable, great engineering and with a huge cargo area for moving heavy items. Bose 10 speaker system is awesome! Bluetooth, hands free, etc etc etc! Can’t say enough good things about this vehicle!

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

What a fabulous experience!! Hamzah Adi was our dealer to purchase my daughter's first car and he was ZERO pressure 10,000% help. He made this experience so much fun. We visited a dozen dealerships looking for the right used car for her and each one left us with a bad taste in our mouths for pushed sales pitches, too much pressure, too little freedom to feel out the cars we really wanted and just a creepy vibe. That is absolutely not the case with ADI Autosport. They were friendly, informative, happy to allow us the time we needed and just respectful of two ladies looking for best options. I absolutely love my Q7! It is a wonderful vehicle that provides comfort, safety and exceptionality all in one! I can not imagine driving anything other than an Audi and I am forever loyal to the brand!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Great car! Just wish I actually owned it and that the dealer would stop holding the title lien status hostage. Would be nice to be able to drive a car that is actually legal to drive.

I just had a wonderful experience getting a new suv and trading my old one in. The manager Justin was very kind to work with my situation. I love the design of the old Q7. Spacious, very comfortable! Lots of extras. It can seat 7. Perfect family getaway car for the whole family.

I was in and out in less than an Hour. Everyone was very pleasant, the paperwork was explained in detail. They allowed me to leave my other vehicle there until someone took me to pick it up. From the time I entered ti the time I left I felt very comfortable.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

This is in response to my very bad service experience. Through my proactive, unrelenting perseverance the GM and service manager heard me. I was not required to wait until November for them to take the time to find out why my new Santa fe kept shutting off in my driveway. I brought the car in and waited 3 hours for service to try to identify the issue snd test drive it. They were unable to ID the problem but have ordered a range selector switch. In ten days they will call when part arrives. Previous year models had this part issue. My service manager Brian McClure was excellent. I feel the service staff are better organized than before.They were cordial with all customers. I thank the GM for his sincerity and caring.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

Very good buying experience. We purchased a BMW with the help of Phil. Both Phil and the rest of the staff were always very friendly throughout the buying process and we never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. We were able to test drive the car by ourself and more than one time before buying.

Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

Bought a used Overland. It had issues so I brought it back almost immediately. Arapahoe Jeep promised to fix the issues. Although it took a lot longer than anticipated, they stuck to it and got it done. Props to them. It was a difficult diagnosis and I get why it took so long. I’m sure there were many higher priority repairs. My advisor, Thomas, was great with updates and took this repair personally. Nice work!

Car has very nice ride and plenty leg room. Had it for almost 5 years with family of 4 kids. I would recommend giving Q7 a try.

First time car buyer, and from the get-go, the staff was incredibly friendly (even to the details such as always making sure to open doors for us). I had the pleasure of working with Brody and Jeremiah who made the whole car-buying process a fun and memorable experience. They were funny, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and easy to converse with. I also got to work with Steve regarding paperwork, and he broke everything down super well, was remarkably friendly and encouraging, and overall made hours of paperwork seem enjoyable. I have been looking for a used car for quite a while now with the prices as high as they are I found one that I was interested in and thought that the asking price was about the fair market value at this time which is high but that’s not their fault I contacted over the phone as I live out of state and spoke with TRUNG NGYUEN Who was extremely polite and helpful over the phone I have never purchased a car online before site unseen just going by photos he was very patient and considerate and I felt that I could trust him so I did make the purchase online there was even a repair that was going to be done before sending it out to me which was done properly so I received a car in the condition that I was promised I can’t say enough about his great customer service and follow up I wish I lived there just so I can stop by and say hi sometimes that’s how much I appreciated his help great guy the company came through and was represented very well by him I think he’s a great asset and they should be very grateful to have him working there I don’t think I would’ve bought the car sight unseen without his help

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

The ride is excellent and gear shifting is unnoticeable. I appreciate all the safety features i.e. blind spot, adaptive cruise and air bags. Interior is beautiful. Ambient lighting is awesome!

George was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The dealership even included a lifetime powertrain warranty, which is something I have never heard of any other dealer doing. I highly recommend George and Foundation Kia…they were a breath of fresh air!
