The attention to every detail, the willingness to please his customer and the preparation of the car for delivery were above and beyond our high expectations. We purchased a previously owned Escalade and it is near impossible to tell that this car was ever driven. The care and attention provided by Jonathon and the staff at Ocean Cadillac was incredible. Even though we live quite a distance away, I would not hesitate to make the trip to do business with Ocean Cadillac in the future. I would highly recommend this dealership for the discerning customer with high expectations knowing that the dealership will exceed them!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. Full disclosure I arrived late (6:30pm) to complete the purchase, my primary salesman had to leave before that and thus things were rushed. The purchased car was not an Audi and no one seemed to know and explain anything about it. The financing process was fast and smooth however I would have liked a bit more detailed paperwork copies besides the 3 page summary. I?m used to more documentation. Overall though my experience was very good.

Holman Group has proven to be a very good place to do business with as a consumer. Their listed prices are very competitive and they do not add hidden fees as some other dealers are known for. I just traveled from out of state to pick up a vehicle, and I would not have done that unless it was worth my time. Time. The purchase process is smooth, and I would recommend them very highly.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Out of the many cars I have purchased before, this was by far the easiest process I have ever encountered when buying a car. Albin and the team made this process painless, fast stress-free. Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.

Sales great team but services department really really bad don’t have costumer service management, rude , managers don’t have a clue of what costumer service is

Only had it 2 days but love it so far. Doesn’t have as much storage for a grandma who drives grandkids around. No where to put a box of Kleenex!

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Worked with Noila. She is excellent! Worked very hard to find us the right car. Once she did, it needed service, she got it back the next day, repaired. All through the process her attention to customer service will always be appreciated by us.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house.
