We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. I recently visited the Audi Dealership in Las Vegas on Sahara and what I thought was going to be nightmare turned into an amazing experience. I thought I could fill my AdBlue (DEF) on my own and it should be simple, it wasn't and I was scared that I wouldn't have a car in the near future if I didn't get it fixed ASAP. My service tech Kai was amazing and great. He took the time to understand what I needed and helped me figure out. All of this while I have my 3 boys with me.
