ive Always liked the 14-16 e class body but still in love w my 09 e63. I went to look and to my surprise I found the color combo I was looking for. Keep in mind that I was maybe 3-6 months away from being ready to make such a move. Well Charles gaskin treated me like someone of value ( like a Saudi prince ) I couldn???t even give him my typical rough treatment. ( I???m usually really bad w sales men ) he answered all my questions w no xxxxxxxxx, and exceeded my expectations. The deal took a bit long ( banks fault) so he treated me to a dinner and even had soft drinks available. You???d swear I was spending over 150,000 at a German dealership but no. Not even a third of that. If you don???t stop to stare at your car when you park it you bought the wrong car, if you leave the dealership feeling unhappy or you just wish you could kick the sob down some stairs than you definitely delt with the wrong salesman. Charles is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. Think I may have just made a new friend. Btw the car is incredible too.

Impressed with engineering and transmission. Very impressive for a 4 Cyclinder. It’s a 4.4 sec car for 0-60. Seats are very comfortable and rear seats as well. Good enough space for a 6FT tall person

I bought a new 2017 Sportage from Bridgewater Kia 18 months ago. About every 200 miles or so while driving the automatic transmission would slip into neutral. The transmission would re-engage by taking my foot off the gas. Needless to say this was frightening and somewhat unnerving, especially when you were pulling into the fast lane on a highway doing 70 mph. They couldn't diagnose the problem even after they hooked me up with a "flight recorder" which monitored my engine conditions when this happened although the data captured by this device did show the engine racing when the transmission slipped into neutral. Kia authorized the installation of a new transmission. Bridgewate Kia let me have use of a courtesy car for the duration of the work. I went and picked up the car and as I was pulling out of the dealer lot I noticed two fractures in the windshield running parallel to one another from the dashboard up that looked like stress fractures that occurred when they put the new transmission in. I immediately drove back and with no questions asked they returned the courtesy car to me while they had a new windshield installed. I picked it up a few days later and within 24 hours the same problem occurred with the trannie popping into neutral. About a week later it happened again and I took it back. Bob, the Service Manager came out and took the car for a ride. Needless to say it didn't happen as it never does in those situations. When he got back to the lot he went and retrieved a Tablet from his office and after searching the Kia dealer website saw that just two days prior a new software update specifically for the transmission was available. He loaded it and I have drive 1600 miles now without a problem I want to thank Bob and Bryant, my Service Advisor for all of their prompt and courteous attention that led to this issue being resolved. They did everything that you could expect from a car dealership and I want to thank them. Hopefully they won't see me again for this issue.

I was coming in interested in the 2013 Equinox that Eastchester had advertised. We met Johnny who was courteous and pleasant. Always smiling and kept my attention. I am a car guy and I take car purchases very seriously. A car for me is more than just getting from point a to point B. I had my previous car for 11 years and it was going to take a lot to get me out of my 2004 sob 93 Aero with Apr stage 1. I was unimpressed with the styling and performance of the new A3 but when I read my first review of the 2015 S3 everything changed. I had to drive this car it might be the one. It has actually been the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned and I enjoy every moment of the experience. The handling is amazingly flat. The power broad. And the upgraded sound system is always a thrill. The transmission is a mixed bag. It is super fast on the shifts but there’s some problem I can’t quite identify’ Not enough to lessen my enjoyment. I don’t see anything on the horizon that could pry me out of this car and less it’s a next generation of my wonderful S3. A friend of mine once told me that you know you made a great choice when you walk away from your car and can’t resist turning around to take a look at it. Every time I walk away’ I turn around.

Joe was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and patient. It took me a few trips to even find the car i wanted and eventually joe held a car for me that was still being built! He kept his promise and as soon as it came in, i walked out the same a very happy customer. i will refer customers and i will keep coming back. The dealership was great - clean, friendly, professional and honest. The S3 is a fun, sporty sedan that is nicely equipped with technology and safety features. There are several different driving modes which can provide comfort or boosted performance. Paddle shifters give you the option to drive as if it were manual. Great car, looks sharp, fun to drive. Only complaint is the Audi MMI software is not very intuitive and can be difficult to navigate. Virtual cockpit is awesome!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Great little car for zipping around town and curvy roads. The performance it delivers is outstanding and handling is like a slot car ...very tight. Shifting is smooth and impressive and love the audible exhaust sound...this car is FUN.

A terrific all round Sports sedan

This is the 39th car I’ve owned. I’ve own 3 BMWs, 7 Mercedes, 1 Porsche and 2 Audis. This S3 is by far perhaps the best all round car I have owned. It has a the basic luxury inside, the exterior is subdued and not “boy racer”. It has all the current level of safety features that one could want or need. Yet, R&T calls it the “little monster” given its performance. It is a true 4 sec. car that will hold its own and more with its near 300 hp and Quattro drive train. It really is one the best cars (for me) that I’ve owned. In 15k miles, I’ve no issues whatsoever. None. I love this car.

Perfect car for me

I commute up and down a mountain pass. It handles like a dream, super quick, and super fun to drive. Quattro helps in inclement weather. We have driven Audi for about 10 years now, and this has been my favorite to date. It also gets totally decent gas mileage for a car that goes 0-60 in 4.3 sec. Obtained some light hail damage and the body shop owner said, "That is one sexy car". It really is.

Everything from 4.6 sec to 60 track ready ( to a point ) to a few pushes of the drive button to get Cadillac quiet softness . On the road trips .. average 28 mpg At home it's 18..but I'm always in S unless on highway or whatever. .not good to lug a 4 banger turbo. .can't wait for 2019 340 hp version! Only thing that could better this s3 is BRING THE SPORT HATCH ! even tho I do think the sedan is way better looking.

Purchased the New 2017 Q3 after a wonderful sales experience. Days later I drove the New 2017 Q5 and decided to switch cars to the new 2017 Q5. Not only My sales specialist Ms. Marilyn Tedesco and the sales manager Mr. Edwin Mercedes were so excited, they actually helped me very efficiently and promptly through the exchange process. Let me say this, I paid for the difference in prices which was very fair and was out of the dealership with the new Q5 in less than half an hour..This is how business is done and loyalty is granted. This car looks great, has been pretty reliable and I have 45k miles on it now. Love the acceleration with very little turbo lag (mostly drive in sport mode - you will feel lag in comfort mode) B&O stereo has excellent sound. Handling is awesome with the 19" wheels/magride package although it rides pretty harsh in dynamic suspension settings (I like it that way but others may not care for the ride). Interior space is a bit cramped in the back seats. But overall I have really enjoyed this car (my first Audi) and am looking at an S4 or S5/SQ5 as my next one, just need something a little bigger now.

I had driven several CPO C300 4Matic Sedans from Benzel Busch in Englewood for the past 12 years and I started researching small SUV's and crossovers and looked at the GLA but it was just a bit too small for me. I had always been very satisfied with Benzel Busch and remembered that they had an Audi dealership so I called my sales rep on the MB side and she recommended I connect with Marilyn. I looked at the 2018 Audi Q3 and it won out over several other small SUV's I was looking into. The dealership is very friendly and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). I did have a little brand separation anxiety but decided to give the Audi a try. I've only had the car for a few days so not enough time for a full evaluation of the vehicle yet. But, I give Marilyn 5 stars for her patience and her responsiveness. I also received a follow up email from the manager which was great. Once I decided on the Q3 I did call several other dealers but Audi Meadowlands won out on customer service and quick and attentive response.

I just picked up my 2018 Q7 2.0T premium plus from Audi Meadowlands this afternoon. I have to say the experience was so great. Actually that was the most satisfied car buying experience I've ever had. George is amazing, honest and professional. The transaction was smooth and his service was beyond my expectation. No drama, No nonsense and No "I have to get my manager cause I really can't make the decision". He's straight forward. I found the car I was looking for and I gave him my offer. He threw back his number, which was close to mine. Then one more round, We shake hands and cleared the paperwork. The price was pretty good and the whole negotiation took me only 15mins. I have owned over 20 brand new vehicles, including 3 Series BMW, A4 Audi, RX7, Maxima, etc... This is by far my favorite car. Super fast, personal sports car with four doors - very versatile. The dual clutch trans is super fast with gear changes, and the power in the Sport Mode is just awesome. Interior styling blows away BMW and the exterior styling gives it a "sleeper" appearance and reads luxury. My best car ever!!!

I've owned my Tucson since 2011 and have always taken it to Towne Hyundai for oil changes and maintenance. I really cannot say enough about the service I've received. From the time I call on the phone for an appointment, to the service desk personnel, the service manager, and even the the guys who greet me and take the car into the service bay, everyone is courteous and professional. On my last visit, I had an issue that went beyond routine maintenance and they took me in quickly. It ended up taking longer than expected and they offered me a ride home, which I accepted. The gentleman, John, who drove me was professional and personable. When my car was ready, I went back to pick it up and still noticed a problem, so I called immediately. They told me I could bring it back and they would check it out right away for me, or they'd get it back into the shop the next morning. I brought it back the next day, and spoke with Brian, the service manager. He listened patiently while I expressed my concerns. He arranged for me to take the car out on a test ride with Tony, the mechanic, so I could point out the noise I was hearing. Tony asked questions about the car and took his time listening to my answers. I was offered a loaner and a few hours later, my car was fixed. My husband and I both drive Hyundais, and now my kids need cars for college. Guess where I'll be going for my new cars? The relationship I've had with Brian and the people at Towne Hyundai make buying another Hyundai at Towne Hyundai the obvious choice.

Justin was both easy to work with and business like. Ordered a new 2018 230i and was bit nervous getting back into BMW after owning a Honda past 4+ years. But Justin made me feel comfortable right off the bat. He was a pleasure to deal with and exerted zero pressure that I had to purchase vehicle through him. We negotiated price satisfactory to both sides with no tension and he assured all available rebates were captured to help bring the price down.. Also, Justin supported a VG and fair trade-in price for my '14 Accord to help seal the deal. And one of the managers Anthony Catena stepped in on Justin's day off to help answer few questions when i called the day before my pick-up. Anthony also followed up later in day with another call to confirm all was set.
