I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I???d recently purchased a new Discovery using my financial institution car buying program at Land Rover Chantilly???s certified dealer. As an active duty military member I was given the attention needed from the Financial Department by going above and beyond and completing the required paperwork in order to register the vehicle in my home state of FL saving me additional $$$. No haggling, No hesitation, No gimmicks.
Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.
