Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

Service was amazing. My tire lost pressure so I drove immediately to Audi Exchange in Kirkwood. I did not have an appointment, but they replaced my tire within an hour. Waiting area is extremely comfortable.

Every single person we dealt with at MINI of the Woodlands was professional, cheerful, and courteous; from the service manager, to our acquisition manager, and even down to the folks who stood in front and opened the door for us every time we walked in and out. The showroom and restrooms were clean and in very good condition and the waiting area was comfortable. That said, the process is cumbersome because it's all run through a central clearing house in Florida. It took 3 & 1/2 hours to sell the car, even though we'd sent in all of the requested paperwork the day before (to supposedly save time) and the car had been on site for 3 days.

The Tom Bell sales staff went out of their way to ensure that I was able to get into the car that I wanted with the payments that I could afford. When I entered the lot the sales person, Billy showed me all of the cars that I wanted to see. Opening them up and showing and telling me about all of the aspects of each SUV model. Upon delivery Billy walked me through all of the functions of the SUV. The sales management team Jimmy and Johnny were able to get me the price without all of the drama of the back and forth negotiations. Brought our 2018 Q5 in for service for a door lock sensor and a problem with filling our gas tank. We had purchased the car a couple months earlier. We were concerned that we had these problems so soon after purchase. The true colors of a dealership come out in times like these. To our delight, we were not only treated wonderfully, given a loaner, but all repairs were taken care of!!! I had been searching for an Audi S3 in a specific color in my area. No local dealership in NC had the color I was looking for. I had a great experience with salesperson, Steven in March 2025. The other staff that I interacted with were really good and helpful too. I didn’t feel pressured. I appreciated that they didn’t try to turn it into an all day process. I purchased the specific used vehicle that I had been searching for online. This was the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great dealership! Great prices. Jaren rocks!!! I drove from PA to Audi Mentor, OH to purchase my Audi because there wasn't another dealership that could compare with regard to price and quality. I came to Porsche of Wichita to look at a used Tesla. I was introduced to Zach and he was great. He wasn't pushy at all and was very honest with all the questions. I even threw him a couple of questions I already knew the answer to to see if he would tell me the truth and he did. The dealership facility is very clean and nice and everyone I interacted with was great. Definitely not your "typical car dealership slimy sales people" vibe. You deal with your personal advisor (in my case, Zach) the entire way through, you don't get passed between people. We ultimately did not buy from them because I was looking at Tesla EV's and decided to go with a new one over used in the end. I would definitely consider any of the Walser dealerships in the future.

My experience has been good. However I'm concerned about window issues with my 2016 Tuson. Two months ago my passager window would not come back-up and now my driver's side window has done the same also one back window will not come down at all. It is not cheap having to get these window fixed. In my opinion I think it's a manufacturer issue
