Although it was a full day commitment at the end of the day I returned my leased car & renewed a new, smaller car that fit my needs better with the changes in my family (kids off to college). I???m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through ???pull forward??? option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my ???premium??? package with Audi care and tire & rim program.
My experience with Audi Exchange and my salesman, Stuart, was excellent. Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car as well as taking the time to make sure I understood all the features. I plan on using the dealership for any and all my car needs.
My salesman Erik Cardoso was very informative about the history of the vehicle and was very fair in negotiations of my trade in vehicle also. Would recommend Erik to my friends who are looking for a vehicle.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
Jason is so knowledgeable. He is such a wonderful source of information and his love of Rolls and Bentleys is incredible. My son bought me a Rolls from Jason for Christmas... They delivered it AND put a huge red ribbon across the car cover for me to discover in the car building. We've gone back to visit, to look at some of his inventory, and always feel welcome to talk, to look, to discuss, and enjoy being there. Right now, I'm looking at his inventory online to purchase a more utilitarian vehicle, e.g. the Land Rover. I'd buy from Jason even if they are more than 100 miles away if only on the basis that this 74 y.o. lady can trust Dream Car Concepts.
William Natal was very friendly and he met my financials needs and we came to a deal that worked out for both of us. Chad made it a fun process while helping me sign the paperwork and was really amusing. Ahmed made sure I left the dealership with everything transferred to my new car and helped take off my city stick, ipass, and license plates. He also made sure the car was cleaned before handing it over to me.
I was a bit worried at 1st buying a vehicle from out of state but Evan was great to work with great communication and the vehicle turned out after inspection in Florida to be in great shape. Everything was just as Evan promised

I have been wanting a Audi S4 for sometime, based on a family member's recommendation of Ultimo, I checked their website, and found the exact car I was looking for, I stopped in to check it out and was greeted my Michael. Michael was very easy going and very knowledgeable. He let me test drive the car, and let me check it out. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I went home to think about it, and ended up going back a few days later to test drive it again and ended up buying it. About a week after buying it, the transmission started making noise. I contacted Michael and Scott at Ultimo, they had me take it in to a shop that they prefer. Turns out the transmission needed to be replaced. Ultimo paid for the replacement and provided a loaner car for me. I am very glad to have my S4 back! Michael and Scott were very pleasant to work with. I look forward to doing business with such a stand up place again.
