As always the service was easy to access on a convenient date, easy drop off pick up, videos and texts were sent while my car was being worked on - and managed by my service rep, Vanessa! They make it very easy to maintain your car - admittedly, it helps having a vehicle that’s never given me a problem (🤔 I wonder if there’s a connection) Thanks Vanessa, thanks Audi

I had the greatest experience at the Audi Service Center in Fair Lawn , NJ . I have a 2008 Audi Q7 . I went to Audi for an oil change and there was a minor accident with my wipes. Sam was very professional and told me to leave the car for replacement. He said that it would be ready by Friday . On Friday he called me , the car was ready and perfect . I appreciate the high level of professionalism and excellent service . The staff are well educated and they have the best espresso coffee (:

He made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy — we made a deal within a single day! Manny worked hard to get me to the exact price I needed to be at, and he never made me feel pressured. He answered every question I had — even on his day off! Not only was he responsive to me, but he also took the time to answer all of my husband’s and my dad’s (many!) questions with patience and clarity.
