I have been using this dealership for over a decade, I would not own an Audi if it wasn’t for the staff at this dealership , specially Courtney, Bill, Mickey, Justin, Dimitri and Ray! These guys are exceptional when it comes to this trade and industry. I currently drive an RS6 and one can imagine that the car requires top notch service! I am glad that these folks are at this dealership and take care of every minor detail and always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Cars don’t break at a pre-defined schedule and so you need someone to respond when it happens! Courtney is always there to support! They always go out of their way to are things happen! I went in just to test drive the Audi. They were so nice and the sales person was so knowledgeable. They meet all my needs so I went with it. I have leased Infiniti for 13 years and didn’t think I would change. So far I love the car and it is nice I can call and get my questions answered.

Manuel and Ben were great to work with. Ended up driving down from RI for a specific S5, worked out everything with them ahead of time. Wrong tires were mentioned on the ad, so they swapped them out with new tires included in the deal. No pressure sale/finance, great detail of the car and walk through of all the features from one of the techs. Registered and mailed everything to me within a few weeks. Highly recommend this dealership. Will look back into them in the future for Audi.

Sales Person Pete, Sales Manager Joe Fardella, Finance manager Adam went out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with process of buying Q8 Audi and addressed all questions we had weeks after purchase was completed. They made sure that customer service didn't stop after car left the showroom . Team is very dedicated to make sure that you leave this dealership being happy customer.

this was the second time that I was in for what I consider major repairs. Initially, the service tech and I didn't hit it off very well. Then Tim the service manager stepped in and was great to deal with. The repairs were completed in good time and they did a fantastic job. I'm happy I chose this dealership.

My husband and I have bought cars in the past, and were always left with a bad taste in our mouth. Biener Audi in Great Neck was the exact opposite experience. They did not try to push us into buying, they were considerate and extremely thorough through the entire process. We went to the dealership to test drive the Audi Q7 and did not intend on buying the same day. We wanted to get as much information as we could before discussing it and making a decision. Our salesperson, Danny, could not be more friendly or accommodating. He answered all of our questions and guided us professionally. When we advised that we would not be buying that day, he was understanding and did not make us feel pressured or act like the typical salesperson. The next day, we went back to the dealership and bought our new truck in a timely manner. Our 2 year old was with us through the entire process and everything still went very smoothly. Furthermore, the facility is extremely well kept. There is ample space for customers to sit and wait. We eventually went and sat in the service area where they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and a wonderful woman came by to give my son a coloring but and crayons! Our family could not be happier with our first experience buying a luxury car. We know we made the right choice with Biener Audi.

Emails sent did not purchase car. Car did not have all the options I wanted. But it was a fair price. Better luck next time.

We live in Jersey but made the drive out to Biener Audi because they have the best prices, selection, and reputation. Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer.
