Byron, or sales associate, was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. We were coming to the dealership from an hour and a half away. They were able to accommodate our schedule, allowed us to arrive before they opened, take the test drive and had us out the door with our new car in an hour and a half.

This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Derek made the purchasing process perfect! Derek’s appearance was professional, down to the business like suit and shined shoes. It is refreshing to meet a young man that knowledgeable about his product and not pushy. He even shared some funny stories while his manager was inspecting my trade in vehicle. The immaculate Audi displayed in the showroom was stunning. Derek’s presentation was seamless. I am prizing the picture he took of me with the big red bow before I drove away. This is so different than the experience I had at Toyota across town, when I was led to a dirty “new” auto on the lot! I definitely would recommend Derek and Audi Denver to anyone! He happened to be a shuttle escort a year ago to a Showhouse I had displayed my Interior Designs in and the ride and escort were the best! I have told everyone at work to shine their shoes and treat everyone like family!

Even the Audi mechanic says that that car is one of their most reliable one and best performing one definitely recommend two years with a Prestige one

Bought it brand new in 2018. Still got it in 2023 with over 80k miles on it. Super reliable all those years. That was the biggest surprised. We knew we'll get comfort and performance but never counted on reliability. What a great surprise.

I work with Zach in the service dept and he?s really great- the communication is excellent and they are always thorough and quick with repairs. Highly recommend.

I typically don't write reviews but I thought this was a good occasion to write one. George Mankarious helped my girlfriends son lease a new Toyota Tacoma 2023. The experience was nice and easy and very professional and took the stress out of such a transaction. I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. This dealership does a great job of offering a wide range of used electric vehicles at some of the lowest prices in the Valley. I worked mostly with Angel (and a bit with Eric). Over the course of a few weeks, we narrowed in on the EV that was right for me and that qualified for the $4,000 EV tax credit (which ends September 30, 2025). Both Angel and Eric were personable, professional, and responsive. Ultimately, I found a great car at a great price here, without the haggle of negotiating. Please take care to read through all the fees and warranty offerings. You want to make sure you are purchasing what's right for you. But, I did find the fees + taxes to be outlined in a transparent manner. I'll update this review if I start to have any issues with the car in the immediate future, but so far, this has been a good purchase.

The Audi Q3 S Line purchased from Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa was my wife’s favorite color, blue. After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. I'm a dedicated Audi driver, so I may be bias but this is my favorite car ever! The technology difference between my Audi 2020 SQ5 and this one is huge. Touch screen navigation is a game changer. So many things - I cannot recommend this car any higher!

Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

I had a terrific experience dealing with Kenston now for the third time buying a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership as they make the entire process very easy and low pressure. Matt was a terrific help to me answering questions and easing the buying process. I ended up purchasing a terrific truck, low miles and every bit as new as driving off the Ford dealership lot. Car was nice with exception of the high price and rusty rotors. It was just previously washed before seeing it. Made it hard to see if there were any flaws. It is about $10-12,000 more than it's worth.

The car has everything we wanted and we could not be happier with it! From performance and style to comfort and safety, the 2020 SQ5 has it all!
