I went in for service on my vehicle and the problem was explained to me in an easy to understand manner and I was able to chose how I wanted to proceed.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Trey answered all my questions that I had regarding the Mercedes Benz! However, I wanted a black/black vehicle. If I had not found what I was looking for I would definitely have purchased from this dealership! Extremely polite and knowledgeable!

Had a pleasant experience during my service appointment. I was received promptly from a service representative. Everything was explained that needed to be done during my appointment. I was kept updated on my progress with a video by the mechanic. My vehicle was washed and looked great upon my return. I also received a courtesy ride and the driver was professional and got me to my destination in a safe manner. My overall experience was top notch. Thank you Audi!

'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. I bought two vehicles from AutoNation and both of them were wonderful so far I’ve had no problems Mechanically, but I am thankful that I do regular maintenance with their Pleasantservice department to keep my car in safe and functional working order.

This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

I'm a dedicated Audi driver, so I may be bias but this is my favorite car ever! The technology difference between my Audi 2020 SQ5 and this one is huge. Touch screen navigation is a game changer. So many things - I cannot recommend this car any higher!

Bought it brand new in 2018. Still got it in 2023 with over 80k miles on it. Super reliable all those years. That was the biggest surprised. We knew we'll get comfort and performance but never counted on reliability. What a great surprise.

The Audi SQ5 is a smooth fast car. It ran flawless for me for 4 years, bought used in 2016 and am just selling it now. The only thing it doesn't have alot of is console room for phone etc but that is very minor, love the big sunroof and the sport shift.
