Used Audi SQ5 for sale near South San Gabriel, CA

All the staff was amazing. Especially our sales person Michael Quezada. The facilities were immaculate and just everything about this place made buying a new car an wonderf experience.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.

I bought a car over the weekend and I spoke to Yosselyn before coming in and she was super helpful and assured me that I would be helped out and be able to get into the vehicle I was looking into. Once we arrived she introduced us to Jesus and he was just as helpful. He showed us the vehicle and went for a test drive. He made the process really easy and enjoyable! Definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to get into a new or used car.

Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

Service writer was very engaging and informative. You can tell he enjoys helping customers with his positive and upbeat persona. Work was a completed as instructed and on time.

This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

I look for a car that was good to town looking at reviews n came across this fun to drive n powerful enough to tow a small trailer w power to spare n my fam away have German or European vehicle lol so I went for it .

Bought it brand new in 2018. Still got it in 2023 with over 80k miles on it. Super reliable all those years. That was the biggest surprised. We knew we'll get comfort and performance but never counted on reliability. What a great surprise.

'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

Before purchasing this car we test drove every SUV we could find 3 Land Rovers, 2 Jags, 2 Mercedes, 2 Volvos, the Q3, Q5, Porsche Macan, Infiniti, Lexus, Tesla, and one or two others I am missing. My wife is not a car person but she was adamant she wanted the SQ5. It is phenomenal how this car can go from extremely comfortable, to Visceral and Exciting by simply putting it Dynamic and Sport Manual. Our friends find the acceleration surprising and they are shocked by the growl and exhaust burble when you manually downshift through the gears. The Nappa leather seats are incredibly comfortable, the normal ride is on par with some of the best luxury sedans around. It is a pretty heavy car but that only becomes apparent during aggressive driving through the twisting curves. It has a very strong tendency to understeer. Power and acceleration are excellent and it cruises at or above freeway speeds effortlessly. The entertainment system is my only complaint because it has too many levels there sis not a simple intuitive flow to select the things you want easily and sometimes it gets confused which phone to connect when we get in with two paired phones. Our lease is up and we are looking at a 2021 with the new styling and interior updates. the touch screen update to the entertainment system are hopefully much more intuitive.

Janet & Bill were treated very well. Moe had an Uber arranged at the airport. We were greeted at the Audi office in person by Moe. Showed us the car, explained the features. Sales price was very good. It drives perfect. We were impressed, great personal service. Recommend Audi LB.

The fact it has a supercharger it is ver easy to performance tune via ECU. I currently have it at tuned to 440 HP. Unlike a turbocharged vehicle there is no turbo lag.
