They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. My husband found a car online he liked but after talking with Deshawn, realized it was not the best route. Deshawn made a list of my husband’s top wants and found the perfect car for him! The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I was very satisfied with Zaid and the rest of the staff at Twins Auto of Dublin. They have a great selection of used cars that tend be "higher end". Zaid was extremely knowledgeable about every brand and model. He wasn't overly pushy, which I appreciate. They were quick, painless, and fair when it came to negotiation and the financials.

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

Our experience was overall the best experience at any dealership. The car was just listed and had not yet gone through their inspection process when we came in for a test drive. We made our decision to purchase after talking through some of the obvious issues and pending the inspection. They were agreeable to remedy. The day we came to pick it up, we took it for another test drive and discovered items that were not remedied as agreed upon and identified additional issues. Our sales consultant, Noah worked through the misses and miscommunications, bringing sales manager, Andy into the conversation. They took ownership, apologized and delivered on everything that was agreed upon. We picked up our vehicle are very pleased! Old school shake of hands per say i will take the jeep.Paper work done as date set to bring mine in .Great people to deal with for anyone honest friendly hard working to make a deal .On arriving back to get jeep they were ready greeted me as my father who also was amazed on vehicles their as jeep condition friendly service of sale .Only thing is the title was misplaced on jeep per E mail sent to me. I am sure it will be fine and it will turn up or replaced as spoke to Laura who as Jeff assured me all good will be handled.
