INCREDIBLE PRICE AND CUSTOMER SRVICE

For the past month I have been looking on the internet for a mid priced sedan for my son. I came across a car on the Audi Brooklyn website that fit my criteria and price range. When I called the dealership to inquire about the car I was connected first to Nick, an internet manager, and then to Monae, a warm and very helpful saleswoman. I began the conversation by asking about the price of the car because I already had my own financing. I had seen several cars that I liked at other dealers, but each time I went into the dealership the price listed was only good if you took the dealer's financing at an overly inflated interest rate. The first thing Monae said to me was, "The price that is listed is the price of the car. It doesn't matter if you have your own financing or you take our financing. THE PRICE YOU SEE IF WHAT YOU PAY." She went on to describe the car and was so helpful and patient with me that we made an appointment for me to come see the car that afternoon. When I went to the dealership that afternoon, the car that she showed me blew me away. It was in pristine condition inside and outside and so I gave her a small FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit on the spot. When I said that I wanted to have my brother come in the next day and test drive it first, she encouraged me to do so. The third time I visited the dealership with my son to actually purchase the car, Monae, and Ali (the internet sales manager) and Dennis (the finance manager) were a pleasure to deal with. This was my son's first experience buying a car and they patiently explained each part of the process and couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend not only this dealership, but Monae and Ali personally. I personally appreciated their honesty and integrity. The price that the car was listed for on the internet was exactly what my son paid, and the only other charge was a SMALL dealer prep fee. The next time I need a car, my first and only place will be Brooklyn Audi.
