We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

2nd car I have purchased from Mike at Kar Connection. 1st car was good that 3 years later I went back and purchased a 2nd. They helped with financial stuff as I am not one to go to the bank. Just not my thing. I'll be back I'm sure for a 3rd.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I was looking for a sprinter Van, which they didn’t have, but EAE was very helpful and friendly.

Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

this was the second time that I was in for what I consider major repairs. Initially, the service tech and I didn't hit it off very well. Then Tim the service manager stepped in and was great to deal with. The repairs were completed in good time and they did a fantastic job. I'm happy I chose this dealership.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Great car. In fact, I would treat it like a new gadget. Using the autopilot is a real thrill.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Absolutely amazing as always! Made a quick call with Miss T at Front Desk, she got the Service Dept ASAP for an appointment for change on a flat/damaged tire with Dani, in Service. Giovanni helped with the process all the while I was there. He kept constant updates with me on how the car is being managed and how long it will take. Knowing my kids and I outgrew the current A4, I lease with Audi Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River, I gave it a try to browse a bigger car with them. Adam Z in Finance, (super cool guy!) with whom I worked last time to lease my current car, introduced me to Anna Aslanian in Sales and Carlos in Finance. They all worked with me on the best car option and the best monthly lease rate. The entire team just made my day! I drove in to change the spare tire with a new one (NYC - fix the potholes on GWB please!) and I drive out of the dealership with a 2022 Q5! I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

This car is perfect for our needs. It is reliable and extremely road worthy. It performs very well off road. It is also great on the highway.

Tommy the lot attendant greeted me in a friendly manner, and helped me with a minor problem. We had a chuckle as well. Michelle greeted me warmly, addressed my concerns about a tire issue, escorted me to the lounge area, and said she would text me with updates. Lori and I had a nice chat before I settled into the lounge. Michelle came to get me to talk to the tech Adrien who reassured me about my tire concern. Everyone was professional, helpful, respectful of my concerns. I cannot imagine better service anywhere.

We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

I brought my car in for an oil change and filter replacement, and I’m very happy with the service. The staff was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly without cutting corners, and they even checked over my car to make sure everything else was in good shape. Prices were fair and transparent, and I left feeling confident that my car is running smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service! I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

The attention paid by the staff consultant as well as the thorough inspection and repair of my vehicle by the mechanic was top tier. Love Audi Mohegan Lake. Thanks guys

The ‘21 A4 Premium Plus S Line is my third consecutive Audi ... love it! Quiet, powerful, safe and fast! This conveyance offers a great deal of wonderful, useful tech, too. It’s two tone interior is gorgeous. Love it!
