I've been looking for a new pickup truck for a few months. I looked through thousands of trucks, mostly using Cars.com. I searched across the country and almost flew to Ohio to test drive one. But I kept coming back to Heller. They consistently had the largest inventory and best pricing, even when looking hundreds of miles away. Rich Tom helped me through the process, answered all my questions, and drove me all around Elpaso, looking at the different models I wanted to test drive. He ended up finding one I didn't even see online, and that's where we landed. I generally don't like working with car salesmen, but Rich didn't pressure me and even tried to talk me into a less expensive truck because it was such a good value. This was my sixth car from Heller in the past 2 years. I decided this time around to lease instead of buy. This would be my first time leasing and my go-to sales guy, Jody, was very helpful in guiding me along the way. This whole process was done at a distance mind you since I live 4 hours away. Over the course of a week Jody kept in constant contact with me and answering any questions I had along the way. Cody in finance was also very helpful and quick to answer my questions which I greatly appreciated. Considering everything that had to get done the process was over before I knew it and I was driving my new truck. I know Heller is 4 hours away but it doesnt matter to me because Heller is one of the few dealerships I trust. They dont play games like a lot of other dealerships. A+++ to Heller and I look forward to my next lease/purchase with them in the future.

This dealership is amazing! We were up the road at Sam Leman and had a TERRIBLE experience, walked in the door 10 minutes till close, on a Saturday, at Heller and Mike Bigger sold us not 1 but 2 cars! He is wonderful to deal with, very nice and super funny! Top notch customer service! You will not be sorry you stopped in!!!! I will buy every new car I can from them! Adam Blue in financing had us out the door in less than half the time we spent at Leman's, and we didn't even buy a car there. We cannot recommend or thank them enough for their time and service!

Audi needs to do something about center console storage and arm rest it is very poorly design and the glove compartments and other cup holder are not commensurate with theamout of design that went into this car

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Holy crap....2014 S5 auto very addicting and makes u smile the entire time ur driving. Very quick around town roads. The launch control is remarkable as I never have been beat from cars with more horsepower from a dig. My car ran to 60mph stock and with 105000 miles in 4.6 seconds and 1/4 was 13.1 at 105 mph this was tested my a speed tester box. Weekness is anything over 70 mph to the floor not as quick feeling. Also top end before speed limiter came on was 159. Car will do 175 if removed.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

From start to finish the whole buying experience was great! Bailey was awesome the whole time I was arriving from out of state he arranged to have me picked up from the airport very grateful 😁 very professional staff! As for the ls 460 made it home safely after a 11 hour drive so far so good on the car!

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

David Slyman helped me with my new Macan. Explained everything before and after purchase. Had minor issues with left high beam headlamp and he assisted in helping to get it fixed. Service manager was recently let go and hopefully service will improve. Call David when you want a Porsche. He will help facilitate the process smoothly

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!
