I upgraded to the 2017 S7 Prestige from driving a 2005 Audi A6 for 11 years. I gave the A6 to my son with 138,000 miles, it still runs great. This S version does not disappoint. A head turner, fast, and reliable. I have every option except the Sport Package and Alcantara headliner. Loaded with features not even listed like a 9GB hard drive to load CD's or DVD's if you choose. WiFi hot spot rocks especially with my Escort. Comfortable ride, love the adjustable settings. Cooled and heated seats, night vision, Bang and Olufsen stereo, heated steering, what is not to love. Audi is ditching the Google Earth feature for us in December 2020, and many fuel door actuators (dumb design Audi) are my only complaints. A7, S7, RS7, buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased my Q7 from Audi of Bellevue - easy process in which I felt like I got a great deal without having to negotiate over everything. The Q7 has been a great car for me - the room to drive a lot of kids for field trips and other fun and the handling to perform well on all of our mountain travel during the ski season. I have done all of its maintenance through Audi of Bellevue. I appreciate the great service from the Service Manager that help with booking the appointments, providing me an Uber ride for short services or a loaner car for longer services and keeping me informed on the service status. The technical team has done a superior job keeping my car performing well and solving a few challenges along the way - which are all explained in the video updates they have provided. Finally, the facilities are nice and inviting and the overall staff helpful and friendly.

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

Had a pleasant experience during my service appointment. I was received promptly from a service representative. Everything was explained that needed to be done during my appointment. I was kept updated on my progress with a video by the mechanic. My vehicle was washed and looked great upon my return. Bought a new car. The car salesperson was awesome. First, I called to check the availability. It was in stock; 1 hour later, it was sold and he called me to let me know. Thats okay because that car was heavily discounted. I contacted him again for a car with higher trim. Over the course of one week, he worked with his manager to get me the best deal. I've only owned it for a week, but I am quite smitten so far! Drives like nothing I've ever had before! Very responsive but smooth as silk.Hybrid, so 70+ miles/gallon, and all the bells and whistles. Can't speak to reliability, but buying it 3 years used makes for an awesome value.

Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.
