2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. My daughter and I came late one evening to buy a specific car. Maged (Max) was our sales rep at Bell Audi of Edison, NJ. The deal was sealed about 1 hour past closing time, but through all the time spent Max treated us well, with patience and even helped us unload our trade-in car! Weeks later, we ran into an issue with plates + registration. Time was of the essence, and Max helped us solve a thorny issue within hours. I've been haggling over car purchases for many decades, and I have always left the dealership with mixed feelings; until now. Max is a competent, trustworthy gentleman. I have 3 grown adult kids, and when any of them are ready to buy and trade-in, I will first look to Bell Audi of Edison, and to Max for a potential sale.

Hans was great as a sales person. Post sales service was not as good. It took over a week to hear from the service people regarding some changes I wanted to make the car I had just bought. When I did speak to someone, the advice was not accurate and priced very high. I ended up using another Mercedes dealership for the requested service.

Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

I came across this dealership, Automotive Avenues, by chance and I am so glad that I did! I was looking at different cars on their website, but it honestly looked like it was "too good to be true" price wise for the cars that they were offering. I started the process with Anthony, who is in the online sales. He was so responsive and right to the point. He was communicating with me even on a Sunday when the store was closed! I was still not convinced and I thought there had to be more to it. He was very clear about the "No haggle" policy, which I love, and told me specifically what fees they charge. I decided to drive from Harrisburg, PA (3.5 hour drive) based on all the information that I had. I was looking at FOUR different cars that they had. They were kind enough to offer to hold one of them for me. It is not what they normally do, but they gave me an exception till I got there, since I had a long drive. Once I got there, I was amazed by how busy the place was on a Monday afternoon and how many beautiful cars they actually had on their lots! I was greeted by Charlie Jackson, one of their 22 sales people. He introduced himself, asked me if I was working with anyone. I told him that I've only spoken to the online sales, but I had an appointment for 5:30. He took me inside to check in, asked me if I wanted water or coffee then took me to his desk where we sat and discussed each one of the 4 cars in details including their Carfax and any other information that the dealership had to share with me. He was very patient and knowledgeable! After that, he brought the cars to the front for me to look at and test drive (except for one because I was looking at all electric cars, and the battery was not charged in that one) so we walked to it just so I can see it in person. Once I saw all of them and test drove the 3 that I could, I decided on one ( which was so hard because I wanted to take the 4 of them home). The one that I bought was a 2022 Mercedes EQS 450+. It was like brand new with just over 1100 miles on it! It was the car that I really wanted from the beginning and I ended up getting at the end. After that, we worked out the numbers on my trade, which I was NOT very excited about because it was about $1500 less than what I got from others! I agreed to it and they started to process the transaction. They stayed with me till about 9:30 pm, way after they were supposed to close, just to accommodate me so I would not have to drive again the next day. I must say that I change cars every 6-12 months because I love cars, and (other than the trade) I've NEVER felt as good purchasing as I did this time. Thank you very much and I will be back for my next one soon. You are doing things right and it is worth the long drive for sure.
