From the general manager, Sheena, to my sales advisor, Andrej, to the business manager, Lambro, everyone there was incredibly helpful in facilitating my purchase. Andrej even stayed over a hour past closing to give me a ride back to the hotel over after the dealership closed! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Truly a five star experience.

Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!
