I have no suggestions on how to improve my buying experience. From start to finish it was tens across the board. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. They quickly connected me to Todd, whom I had spoken with on the phone a couple of hours earlier. Though I initially came looking for a different vehicle, the selection on the lot was impeccable and I ultimately ended up buying a Mercedes C 300. Todd, my salesman was the best!!! Not only was informative but he was also kind and patient. He allowed me to take my time and truly feel comfortable with the purchase. I never felt pressured or hurried. His attention to detail was impressive as well. He helped to compare my options which landed me in the car of my dreams. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

The S7 may be the most perfect car ever made...once you get it used. At a whopping 100K price tag new, just wait 3 years and they hit the 40K mark quite quickly. Then, you have the smoothest, slickest, near supercar out there with minimal investment or risk. Best Audi I've ever had and I've had 14!

I traded in a 2011 Porsche 911S convertible for the 2020 Audi S5 convertible. The horsepower is very similar but the tall first and second gear in the 911 made it slow off the line. The S5 is VERY fast off the line - smooth power band all the way up to 100 MPH. The seats are really comfortable, everything works - always, people are always stopping me to find out what model it is and complimenting me on the great looks - quantum gray with factory 20" wheels with Carbon trim. No better sports car for $70K !!

Grace made the process smooth and efficient, even prodding detailing along to get me in my new F150. Got me an extra few hundred on my trade in as well. I'm still getting to know my new truck and all the features. So far I'm really happy with it. I'm happy they had one with a V8 in it. Nothing against the ecoboost V6... but you know more cylinders is WAY more fun! 10 out of 10 - will recommend!
