This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

I have bought two new cars from this location over the past six years. First a 2019 Q8, then a 2023 SQ8. As far as the buying process goes, I was quite happy. It didn?t take hours to come to an agreement on pricing, none of the annoying back and forth between sales person and sales manager and finance manager. I have walked out of places years past because of that. I don?t want to deal with six people to get a price on a car. They also don?t give me a hard time about not financing. I normally just pay cash for my cars. I also never felt like I was treated differently because I was a woman buying a car on my own. Mercedes one time asked if I needed to check with my husband first. I left. So Audi Westmont is an amazing place to purchase a car. I also get all my service done at this location. I like to have everything done at one place so if there is ever an issue all my records are right there. The good news is, I have NEVER had an issue here. And every single service person I have dealt with there has been amazing. They?re all knowledgeable, and if there is something they can?t immediately answer, they have had an answer in a matter of minutes. My last advisor, Elena, was the nicest woman to deal with. She made this visit extra enjoyable. So polite, and gave me a realistic timeline as to when my vehicle would be done. And it was done right at the earliest end of the timeline. I couldn?t ask for anything more. I also enjoy watching the videos the technicians record about each vehicle when it?s up on the lift. It?s fun to see what the underside of the car looks like. I know that?s just the nerd in me, but whatever. Altogether, this dealership is probably my favorite out of all the others I have purchased cars from. That includes BMW, Mercedes, Acura, and a few more I can?t remember. Had quite a few cars over the years. But as long as Audi Westmont stays with this level of outstanding service, I think I will be driving an Audi until the state tells me I?m too old to drive!

I am not really a fan of buying new cars, we typically buy a car and drive it until it’s dead, just so we don’t have to go thru the whole purchasing process of getting a new car. Chris at Mercedes of Westmont has completely changed my outlook on buying new cars! He is very professional, but yet relatable and understanding of the process and how to make it a pleasurable experience. We weren’t looking to purchase a car that day, but Chris really listened to our wants and needs and was able to find something for us that fit what we were looking for. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.
