Within six months the same exact serive cost jumped from $1600 to $2300, a 43% increase. This will deter me from buying another Audi. Bill was very nice to give me a $300 discount, otherwise it would have been 62% increase! Audi needs to seriously review their service costs policy in order to retain loyalty customers and attract new ones.
Great service, easy to make appointment, on time delivery and very cordial service representative and helpful staff. Did follow up call after service . Car wash and vacuum nicely done , not like west Chester Audi service place
Its always a pleasure having Audi Devon service my car. They are prompt in processing my requested service and getting me into a free loaner. My car is also cleaned upon pick up. I recommend the pre-paid service plan for savings!

I had the recent pleasure of working with Alan Cogbill on the acquisition of a 2019 Audi A6. The process, communication, and overall experience could not have been better. He offered us options and advice that were spot on and tailored to our needs. The whole experience was great. Michelle Flynn, our service representative was excellent. The problem was fixed on time and fixed professionally. Price was a little high we thought but it was fixed properly and that's good.
I would like to take a moment to praise the outstanding customer service I received from my salesman Jeff Haddad and the entire sales team at Devin Audi. Everyone was extremely attentive and helpful but in no way overbearing. I feel that Jeff really had my best interest in mind and worked with me to ensure I got the right car for a fair price. He also seemed to go the extra mile to advocate for me regarding warranty and supplemental coverage. Great service; great product; great team!!

Aubrey was an incredibly professional and honest salesman. I needed a new (used) vehicle suddenly and Aubrey stayed late to take me on several test drives and encouraged me to look over the vehicles thoroughly. He combed through other dealership inventories to accommodate all the boxes on my extensive checklist and followed up to ensure I had a good experience. I recommend this Audi, but highly recommend this salesman.
Great place to buy a used car. Cars are clean and they want you to buy the car that you eye up. The wait is long though to do the whole process. I was there 5 hours, probably because I was trading in a car too. Overall great experience, friendly workers, clean environment, and pretty good customer service.
On November 13th, I purchased a 2017 A3 from Mike Walsh. I must say that I was completely blown away by everything he did. Mike truly wants to ensure that you get the car you deserve the first time. He truly understands Audi and how the cars operate. The entire dealership works with you, and makes you feel at home. Even Bruce Hendrixson, the General Manager, made sure I got the car I wanted, for the price that fit my budget. I have never been to a more family-friendly dealership before. My experience with used car department was excellent. I was greeted the moment I walked in I spoke to the sale person then to the manager they made everything simple & quick from test driving to paperwork. They were very friendly offer me coffee or water. I would recommend this dealership to friends & family.
