I bought a new 2017 Sportage from Bridgewater Kia 18 months ago. About every 200 miles or so while driving the automatic transmission would slip into neutral. The transmission would re-engage by taking my foot off the gas. Needless to say this was frightening and somewhat unnerving, especially when you were pulling into the fast lane on a highway doing 70 mph. They couldn't diagnose the problem even after they hooked me up with a "flight recorder" which monitored my engine conditions when this happened although the data captured by this device did show the engine racing when the transmission slipped into neutral. Kia authorized the installation of a new transmission. Bridgewate Kia let me have use of a courtesy car for the duration of the work. I went and picked up the car and as I was pulling out of the dealer lot I noticed two fractures in the windshield running parallel to one another from the dashboard up that looked like stress fractures that occurred when they put the new transmission in. I immediately drove back and with no questions asked they returned the courtesy car to me while they had a new windshield installed. I picked it up a few days later and within 24 hours the same problem occurred with the trannie popping into neutral. About a week later it happened again and I took it back. Bob, the Service Manager came out and took the car for a ride. Needless to say it didn't happen as it never does in those situations. When he got back to the lot he went and retrieved a Tablet from his office and after searching the Kia dealer website saw that just two days prior a new software update specifically for the transmission was available. He loaded it and I have drive 1600 miles now without a problem I want to thank Bob and Bryant, my Service Advisor for all of their prompt and courteous attention that led to this issue being resolved. They did everything that you could expect from a car dealership and I want to thank them. Hopefully they won't see me again for this issue.

I bought this SUV for my wife and I drive a 2019 SL 450. I keep trying to get her to trade with me, but she won't. The Q8 is truly a gem. I've never driven any car as smooth and as effortless as this one. It goes from an around town vehicle to a rocket ship with no effort. The technology is really nice, a bite wonky to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, wow. Anything you could want, including Wifi with a subscription. I bought the YearOne package, I think they call it. It has exterior and interior features you don't get on the standard model. The wheels are beautiful, the tires are huge, the exterior design is eye catching. Subtle lines and enough design to make it very classy without turning it into the design mess Lexus has created on their SUV's (sorry Lexus, but OMG). Rear seat leg room can accommodate any height person. Rear seats recline and are heated and cooled. Payload is more than I need, easy to access, load and unload. There is a very large glass roof that opens most of the way. Windows are tinted almost all the way around. We opted not to have front passenger and driver windows tinted. Truly the smoothest SUV I've ever owned. Powerful, effortless, seems to float over the road. It hardly feels like you're touching the ground. Now if I can just get my wife to let me drive once in awhile.

About 3 months ago, I bought a car from Maurice at AMG and had a great experience. We didn’t get to the dealership until about fifteen minutes after their posted closing hours and expected to just see the car from a distance. However, Maurice who had just finished locking up, took the time to show us where the car, a 2015 Lexus IS250, was parked and to talk to us about it. We promised to come back the next day for a test drive. We felt that Maurice was very professional and friendly and was really knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. From our first interaction with him to our final dealings with the paperwork it was a positive experience. We had minor concerns (slight discoloration on the steering wheel, and only one key for the car) but both were addressed. Maurice scheduled us with their upholsterer to make repairs to the steering wheel and was able to help us coordinate with a key maker who provided same day service. We were very happy with Maurice and AMG and they will definitely see us again when it’s time for our next car purchase.

After test driving an RS7 in the DFW area, I knew I had to have one! I've been an Audi enthusiast for years, worked my way from an A4, to an SQ5, and now the RS7 (next R8 Spyder). Audi's are timeless in style and this one is no different. The RS7 is one of the fastest sedans out there and it's sure to bring a smile to your face when you floor it. The Performance Package ($20k+ base) might not be worth it for some, but the carbon fiber exterior and interior are amazing and slight performance upgrades are good. I highly recommend the car if you're looking for a fun, sleek, performance (I plan on tracking it), and family car. It's all in one! Love it.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Performance oriented PEHV but falls short

If you work from home and drive less than 15 miles per day this is excellent as you would be running on battery exclusively. On longer range trips its a hybrid and I averaged 44 miles per gallon combined. Considerably better driving performance 0-60 6.5 sec than other less expensive hybrids, but less mpg. I had the sports package and it handled well but a bit rough on the road with 18" tires. Its a niche car!

I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. I did my homework, looked at lots of options (Volvo XC60, Mercedes GLC300, etc.) and decided that the Audi Q5 was the way to go. Feature to price ratio falls in the middle between the Volvo and Mercedes, but the Audi made my heart flutter more than the other two. So I did my homework and studied packages and features to figure out what I really wanted this vehicle to have. Then I went through Costco and Sams Club pricing to see what kind of deal I could get. Costco referred me to another Audi dealer that I won't name--let's just say they are SOUTH of Atlanta. I drove all the way down from Forsyth County because they promised to same me money and offer some great services, but their deal was less than stellar. They knew my budget, did not offer much of a discount even with the Costco affiliation, and wanted to tack on extras such as $200 for nitrogen in the tires! I kind of ended up back at the drawing board and tried the Sams Club angle instead. They were looser in the dealer referral process than Costco, so through a couple of initial contacts, I ended up working with Ryan Asmer at Audi of Atlanta. Not only did he give me the Sams Club discount, he ended up knocking twice that again off the list price of a better vehicle. So I got a Q5 Prestige at a price lower than a Premium Plus at the other dealership! Everyone I dealt with at Audi of Atlanta was helpful and nice, and made the buying process as smooth and efficient as possible. I look forward to dealing with their Service department and a long relationship.

I bought a lifted F-250 Platinum from this dealer last night. The whole experience was awesome. Due to my work schedule I couldn’t make it before closing time, but the manager Travis got all of my financing done ahead of time and stayed after hours to wait for me and had all my paperwork ready. I literally just showed up, test drove the truck, signed my papers and I was out of there. These guys go above and beyond, and that’s hard to find in this business. I’ll definitely be back next time.

I always wanted to get an Audi so a few years back I purchased a two year old 2011 Audi A4 Quattro. I mainly got it for the all wheel drive. I use it as our family car. I bought an extended warranty to carry me through 120k miles. During the regular warranty period, I had to use it once because the driver side power window stopped working. But at 110k+ miles - I used the extended warranty (with zero deductible) 3 times for over $12,000 in repairs at the dealer. I had the turbo replaced, the timing chain adjuster, timing chain, cylinder head + other stuff. Parts eventually fail or wear out. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this car and will get another one in the future.

Unbelievable performance. I purchased used with 16k miles for about 1/2 original sticker price. I had a 2003 RS6 and it had been an excellent automobile with great reliability, thus when I began contemplating replacement, I wanted another RS model. It is everything I had hoped for and the raw power of this car is just incredible (I own a Ford GT and a few classic muscle cars, this car is FAST!). I just sold a 2016 Hellcat to purchase this car; the Hellcat is fun but not practical. I am not missing anything about the Hellcat as the acceleration of the RS IS INCREDIBLE. Highly recommended. Only negatives are the fact that it is a four-seater and the steering feedback can be a little vague at times unless you are in the highest performance mode (dynamic). Very happy with this car and it is a steal if you can find a low mile well cared for pre-owned. It is very hard to tell the difference between my 2014 and a 2018 as there has not been a style change in recent years.

A Beautiful car, probably the prettiest car I have ever owned. However it is a tire eater, the windshield wipers have broken repeatedly at the arm and it’s a bit noisy in terms of the ride. There is something going on with the front end that I can’t quite explain, it doesn’t seem stable and there is a shift that occurs.

I was having a problem with my Audi Connect, and after speaking with numerous people over the phone (who could not seem to understand what was wrong with the system), I decided to head over to the DFW Audi dealership. I spoke with Ruby Rodriguez, the Tech Specialist. Not only was Ruby extremely friendly, she was also very eager to help in any way that she could. After taking the time with me to walk through every step of the set-up process, we also were unsuccessful in getting the system to work. Ruby right away mentioned to me, that as soon as I receive the new card, to come back to dealership and she would set this one up from the start. Once I received the card, I came back to the dealership, and just as Ruby mentioned, she walked through all of the steps that she normally would to set up an Audi Connect account. Unfortunately, it still did not work. Ruby never got frustrated, but instead became more inquisitive. Her persistence eventually got us to someone on the Audi Connect dealer support team, who was able get everything to work perfectly!!! I do not think I have ever received customer service like this before! Thank you Ruby and thank you DFW Audi for the way you treat your customers! It truly makes a difference!

First let me say I hate buying a car because of the process most dealerships go through to sell you a car. Now that I have said that, I experience I had at Audi Boulder was a totally different experience. I originally contacted the dealership over 1-1/2 years ago and spoke with a salesman regarding the TT as I was thinking of upgrading my 2001 TT and wasn't sure if I should purchase then or wait for the new enhanced 2016 model. He suggested waiting for the 2016 model and so I did. The dealership kept in touch with me off and on through the next year and the original salesman left the dealership. I then was contacted by Jeremy Forcier. He let me know when the model of the 2016 was at the dealership and we set up a time to drive it. It was a fun test drive; the way the car drove, the different drive options, and the technology was awesome. I had specific requirements of my next car and Jeremy and I explored the Audi exclusive option where I could get the color I wanted and the packages I wanted right from the factory. I had a specific timeframe in mind and left the dealership with information. I was not pressured in any way to "buy it now" which would have made me not come back. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. I returned in October and ordered my car, the way I wanted it. Jeremy suggested the tan interior which I was skeptical but agreed. Jeremy kept me in touch throughout the process of the car being built. Just recently the car arrived at the dealership and we made an appointment to pick it up -- I was so excited to see the new car. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm and Jeremy was very patient with me, showing me how to be able to drive the car and doing some initial set up. The price came in right where we had discussed back in October. Matt was great in getting the financial piece together and soon I was pulling out of the lot in the brand new car. By the way, my skepticism about the tan interior was totally unfounded, it looks beautiful -- THANK YOU JEREMY! The service staff contacted me the next day and we scheduled the tinting, clear bra, and interior protectant and when I arrived to pick it up from these services, Jeremy again took time to walk me through some other items we didn't have time for before - voice training, different buttons and radio presets, and garage door opener. I know this is a long story but what I wanted to show is the level of commitment this dealership has to its customers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the sale and I so appreciate his easy manner, wealth of knowledge and patience with me learning (I think he had to tell me 3 times on the voice training to say each number one-one-five-three instead of eleven fifty three). I have my perfect car thanks to Audi Boulder!

the model I have is the S line, premium with lots of features. The navigation works great, blind spot and lane assist are very helpful. Car is very comfortable and easy on the eyes.

TJ Chapman Auto has done my auto repair for years. Whenever I have gotten bids from other facilities, TJ Chapman Auto has always been a much better price. He gets my car in and out when he says he will, and I have never had a problem with any of his work. About a year ago, I thought I needed a paint job on my car, but TJ suggested that he do his refurbishing special on it. It saved me a lot of money and the car looks great (he has pictures of before and after if you'd like to see them). I am a single woman and a senior citizen and I appreciate having someone that I can trust and know will do a great job for me. If I ever need another vehicle, TJ Chapman Auto is the place I would go. The 2016/2017 models were the bulk of my test driving. Ended up buying the 2016 Q5 2.0 Premium Plus with ~25k miles on it. Handled like a dream, technology package is great, and gets pretty good mileage. Certified Pre-Owned is the way to go as you can get original warranty as well as the comfort knowing that the car has undergone all of the relevant inspections. Overall great car with good price and resale value.

I really wanted to like the S6. C&D magazine gave it a win against the F10 M5 and E65. I drove it twice, extensively, because I really wanted to like it. Pros: The engine and transmission allow for extremely quick acceleration. It made me smile every time I put my foot down. It just GOES, extremely effortless acceleration. The interior is very well made. The displays are clear and beautiful. Cons: The car is not fun to drive unless you only care about acceleration. It is solid, quiet, stable, it can take high speed turns well, but the steering is so lifeless. You can change it to a nicely firm "sport" setting, but there is still no steering feel. It's like a better Lexus LS than Lexus could muster. I gave my $80k to the Porsche dealer next door.

The Audi 2.0T engine is amazing when it’s taken car of properly. There’s 3 major defects that can destroy the engine of these cars so I’d suggest buying out right. A replacement engine new is $8k and used ones are north of $4k with labor. be prepared for that to happen north of 100k miles.

As sole owner of this car, I have loved and coddled it for 10 years. Got it for business use, but retired shortly after, so almost never drove it. Garage kept, so it is in BRAND NEW CONDITION. I LOVE driving it on Alaska's windy mountain roads, and in icy conditions! NEVER drove it off of good paved roads. Road-hugging power!

Where do I begin?! This being my first time ever purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet 😅). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! 👏🏻 Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! She will definitely take care of you! All the wonderful reviews on her on different websites are all accurate! Everything still feels unreal after a few sleepless nights because of pure excitement! Just turned over my ex (2018 Q5 Navarra Blue Metallic Technik S-Line ... every option but advanced driver assistance pkg) for a 2019 SQ5 Florett Silver Metallic Black Optics Technik (all but head-up display and comfort pkg). The test drive wrote the deal, basically. Where do I start ? The fit and finish thruout are exceptional. Exterior: Paint flawless (I do look for imperfections & find 'em even on hands & knees). Gaps are consistent and true. Style ? Luv it. Interior: Carbon atlas inlays, cross-stitched Nappa leather seats that fit like a glove ... you name it. All high quality. Get-Up-and-Go > Plenty. The burps & chirps of the exhaust system are enjoyable yet not overbearing, like some (you know ... fake it a bit). The 21" wheels / Pirelli P Zero tires and the sport differential comfortably hold the turns. Take a test drive ... if only for the experience. You won't forget it. Cheers.
