LKL was one of six dealers we visited while shopping for a used Tahoe. I can't say enough good things about Sean and his process of helping us with the purchase of this vehicle. We negotiated an extra fee to take care of some scratches in the paint and his body guy did a fantastic job. We also purchased some new door remotes and found out that they were not able to be user programmed, so Sean brought out his kit and ran the process to program both new remotes. I've always been a fan of the Audi A8L and finally found the opportunity to own one. The good news, you can find pre-owned A8's affordably...the bad news for new car buyers, they don't hold there value quite well, but that's good for someone wanting to drive a $100,000 car that 4-5 years old, still looks and performs great for a fraction of the cost. The A8L has the room of a limo in the rear, even with the front seats pushed all the way back. The car feels luxurious inside and out...the materials are top-notch and what I love about Audi is they're not a BMW...even though I love BMW's...it's nice to drive something a little less common. Performance is unbelievable...the 4.0 twin turbo V-8 has tons of torque and pulls hard...you wouldn't think a car this large and this heavy would perform this well. It's an easy car to modify with a performance chip and suddenly there aren't many cars around that will outperform it...and it's a family size sedan! Although it's a large car, it still handles well, not like a sports car, but you won't be sloppy. The ride is luxurious and smooth...it eats up bumps, the air ride is great. Word is that repairing the air suspension is not cheap, but it might just be worth the risk. I love the ride!! Everything is within easy reach, the multi media system is easy to navigate without taking your eyes off the road once you're used to it, which is easy. Heads-up display is easy to see and read. A/C and other accessories are easy to use. The suspension can be adapted to your preference with presets and a custom setting you can do yourself. Interior lighting at night is unbelievable...it's customizable and really sets a cool mood. Stereo sounds amazing with the Bose package, but if you're lucky to get your hands on the B&O you're in for a real treat...it's a $6300 option by itself (which is crazy) I own a A4 Cabriolet, Q5 and I'm happy with all of our Audis. Audi has been tremendous to work with and as a company, they appreciate the owners of their cars, even if you purchased them pre-owned. It's a great company and I'm impressed...not easy to do for me. Thanks Audi for creating this wonderful automobile that has blown my socks off!

Has a great balance of doing all categories well. Quick car with a quick ECU tune. Perfect reliability with zero issues so far at 60,000 miles.

I would buy it again. You don't see many A8L's on the road which gives you the sense of exclusivity. The car is well designed and has excellent performance and comfort!

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Veteran Review. Showroom is nicely put together. All of the staff are friendly. Highly recommend checking out their website and pre-applying for a loan and making an appointment. Had an issue with the extended warranty and thankfully Topline Auto Group made it right. They have some very nice vehicles on the showroom floor for decent prices.

I've owned my b7 rs4 for 3 summers now and all I can say is omg what a complete car . from head to toe not a single comp except for its hard on gas but it's deff worth it ! starting to go up in value doesn't hurt for a fun investment !! b7 rs4 audis best sedan ever !!!!

This is the place for the best old time service our grandparents used to speak about. The owner is one of a kind, big heart and great service. This man did the unimaginable by today's standards, I needed to update my SSN information and he literally drove me to the SSN office and waited 2hrs! I tried to get a rental car but he wouldn't let me, this is old school service with modern day quality. Shame on you if you pass this business by and definitely your loss.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

The S4 has more than enough performance as expected. Handling, comfort are all excellent. Adaptive cruise control has been improved over our other Audi, 2018 Q5. This was a pre-order and the price was about the same as a 2018. Very nice car, delivered with no discrepancies. First 3,000 miles have been trouble free. Dealer service, when needed has been excellent (routine checks only on a 2018 Q5).

The car is very luxurious and drives well. The handling and 0-60 on this car are amazing. The ride is mostly quiet but the Quatro system does take some getting used to from a "sound" perspective. There's an occasional hum from front axel at very low speeds that's hard to identify and intermittent.

Great car. We purchased ours in 2020 with 130k miles for our daughters to learn on a manual and it has been a very reliable car. The suspension remains tight and the car is quiet with virtually no rattles. The 6 speed is smooth shifting and great fun to drive.

Fabian in the service department is an A+. Straight forward and keeps you updated on what is going on. Understands budgets and does his best to keep you in yours but making sure your car is in the best working condition. Have gone here since 2020. Love them

I have owned this car for just over a year. No mechanical problems, very fun to drive. Took it across the country, very comfortable for driver and passenger. Loves to cruise at 75-85 mph and will go much faster. I thought I got a great deal on it. I paid half the sticker price and it had under 10,000 miles on it.
