I did oil and oil filter service for our car. At inspection they detected bushings, water pump and thermostat were bad. Diana Giraldo did a great job taking care of my extended warranty, I didn?t pay a dime for these 3 replacements. I got a loaner for the weekend until car was repaired. Audi North Miami has a great service department.

Holman Group has proven to be a very good place to do business with as a consumer. Their listed prices are very competitive and they do not add hidden fees as some other dealers are known for. I just traveled from out of state to pick up a vehicle, and I would not have done that unless it was worth my time. Time. The purchase process is smooth, and I would recommend them very highly.

I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

My wife and I were hosted by Osvaldo, a very top quality professional. He was cordial, focused, delicate and did care about our n meet people like him. Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.
