This was the third time that I have leased a car from this dealership and it is always a pleasure. This is the second time that I have dealt with Cameron Werner and he has always been a professional. I was purchasing a preowned certified RS five Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy but as excited about the car as I was in a genuine fashion I would definitely buy my next car from Audi Eatontown. I say that given the fact that I’ve have four Audis.

I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. No pressure, super helpful and they even put the car up on a lift so I could have a good look underneath. Would highly recommend them. Contact Cliff if you want the white glove treatment.

My Best and Easiest purchasing experience ever. From start to finish the staff were polite, friendly and professional. Denzel was exceptional going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

This car is so good I used it to go everywhere it’s really nice it drives nice and I never had a problem with it

I have owned my 2012 A6 Premium 3.0 since new and it is the most wonderful vehicle I have owned or leased. No major failures ever, incredibly fun to drive, reflects the quality built into this car. Always parked outside and the paint and finish are still amazing.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

In response to mikes review from yesterday , I just want to make it clear that this person wrote the review out of the for the simple reason that they did not get the answer they wanted. No one was rude or condescending. They were told about the companies policy, which is not to give out the door pricing over the phone because although we may agree in pricing , the customer may find something wrong or may simply not like the vehicle in person . This leaves both the salesperson and customer disappointed . Hence why they were told that once they come in , visually inspect the car, test drive and see if it’s to their liking then we can sit down and discuss numbers. For some was so ready to buy two cars and have a check ready they were awfully concerned with numbers beforehand . Mind you, the price is always negotiable within reason. What was rude was the fact that when they were told about the policy they said “ Well you’re not getting any business from me !” And hung up … that part was conveniently omitted from the review. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Ridiculously powerful for a four-door family sedan, but it has the handling to go with it. A well-balanced car.
