Full disclosure I arrived late (6:30pm) to complete the purchase, my primary salesman had to leave before that and thus things were rushed. The purchased car was not an Audi and no one seemed to know and explain anything about it. The financing process was fast and smooth however I would have liked a bit more detailed paperwork copies besides the 3 page summary. I?m used to more documentation. Overall though my experience was very good.

I used to lease a Mercedes C300, but the Audi A4 has better tech, is easier to use and a comparable ride. I am a happy customer!

This car is sick AF. Daily driver that will absolutely embarrass any old xxxxxx in a supercar that barely knows how to drive. They would be better driving this car. Anyone can drive it fast af. Buying this car has been everything i could ask for and then some. Only gripes anyone should have(these are small and don’t carry much weight for me for this car) not much cabin storage or as much room you’d like for a sedan. BUT, it is a Hatchback so perfect for roadtrips as well. Honestly will continue buying the RS7 as long as they continue to produce no ones. 2021-2022 look really sick too will be upgrading shortly I hope

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

I’ve had my 2012 S4 since 2015. It has been very reliable except the rear main seal is leaking. I put a stage 1 tune on it which made it a bit quicker. I am going to miss my S4!

I went into Lighthouse Point Audi not knowing what to expect, as this was my first car buying experience in over seven years (and first on my own). Words cannot express what a great experience I had dealing with the staff of Lighthouse Point Audi, and, if it is at all within my power, I will be back to purchase my future cars from the same staff. What I loved immediately about this location is the true "family" feel you get when you walk in. Everybody is courteous and wants to ensure the right person is helping you. There was absolutely no pressure. After walking in, being greeted by the receptionist, George came out to assist me within a matter of a minute or two. George, as a car salesman and somebody I came to know over the next few hours, blew away any expectation I could have of a salesperson. He was so friendly, calm, and truly cared for me as a car buyer, and not about any incentives he may have. We went for a test drive- again, the test drive was within my control. However, I felt so comfortable in the car I was test driving, I knew that was the one, and didn't have to test drive for more than five minutes.
