Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

We were happy with our purchase of the vehicle Outback limited. We found the sales rep Rob very helpful and informative. He is a great person.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. It has the most smooth ride and practically sound proof inside. The sound system is one of the best I've ever had. The different suspensions are the best for snow, 4x4, sport so you can customize your ride. Highly recommend!!

I never thought buying a car could feel like such a relief. My credit history isn’t great and I kept getting rejected. But here, they just sat down and talked to me like a human. A day later, I was driving off in my car. No pressure, no shame. I actually had a lump in my throat when I took the wheel.

With 2 large dogs, I was looking for an SUV that would not only accomodate them, but also look good and be fun to drive. The SQ7 really has it all. The sound of the V8 when you put your foot down is incredible and with a 0-60 of 4.3 seconds it always puts a smile on my face., The leather perforated and ventilated seats are comfortable for the longest drives, the fit and finish of the materials are top notch, and the adjustable air suspension you can choose how sporty you need the car to respond. The attention to detail is spot on, I love the fact that you can leave the cover on the panoramic sunroof open all the time, even on the sunniest day and there’s no glare inside the cabin due to the tint they used. I got the prestige model, with driver assistance, luxury and black optic packages. To get a similarly spec’d vehicle from the other German manufacturers with all that this car has makes this vehicle an absolute bargain even with all the packages added. Do yourself a favour and test drive it, and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
