With 2 large dogs, I was looking for an SUV that would not only accomodate them, but also look good and be fun to drive. The SQ7 really has it all. The sound of the V8 when you put your foot down is incredible and with a 0-60 of 4.3 seconds it always puts a smile on my face., The leather perforated and ventilated seats are comfortable for the longest drives, the fit and finish of the materials are top notch, and the adjustable air suspension you can choose how sporty you need the car to respond. The attention to detail is spot on, I love the fact that you can leave the cover on the panoramic sunroof open all the time, even on the sunniest day and there’s no glare inside the cabin due to the tint they used. I got the prestige model, with driver assistance, luxury and black optic packages. To get a similarly spec’d vehicle from the other German manufacturers with all that this car has makes this vehicle an absolute bargain even with all the packages added. Do yourself a favour and test drive it, and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

He not only provided us with a loaner vehicle on the spot, but assured us the repairs were covered under warranty. I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I have purchased many cars but this was one of my best experiences ever. Jason and his manager Chris certainly went above and beyond. They gave me a very fair price on my trade AND a discount on my purchase. They transferred my lift for my handicapped scooter to my new car at NO charge! The car was very clean and looked brand new. Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

People were friendly, Buying process was seamless. It was a great car buying experience. The Tech came to the house to set up everything and spent time to explain all the features. My salesperson, Jesse went out of his way to get all the paperwork ready so I did not have to wait for too long

Overall a great SUV. You cannot beat the power, handling and comfort that this totally electric model offers. By far the best-driving and smoothest SUV I have ever owned or driven. Excellent refined styling, Q8 amenities including dash/entertainment system. Range on this model could be better. I’m averaging 160 - 180 miles on a charge (I only charge to 80% based on manufacturer’s recommendation). Also, like most electric vehicles, you do pay a premium.

I purchased my car one year ago from this dealership. The sales experience at that time was my sole reason for choosing Audi above other options. During the year that I have had the car I have been treated to exceptional service. I take advantage of the complimentary car washes and appreciate the comfortable waiting area. This past visit was for an oil change. I was grateful that Jim listened to me and did not try to burden me with too many add ons. He was honest about the time that it might take and made an effort to continually provide updates. Everything was clearly explained. The mechanic found a crack in the coolant tank, which was covered by my protection plan. I was thankful that he checked this even though I did not request it. So, all in all this was another fantastic experience that makes me glad to have purchased my car at Naples Audi.

They have been doing my q5 service since new. Great experience, was in one day with my dog and met Chris in sales sits right amongst service writers. My buying experience with Chris was excellent.

I was expecting service to be an in and out process. After the mechanic review of the problematic tire, a decision was determined to replace the defective tire. An Audi vehicle was provided (loaner); and, I was able to pickup my A6 vehicle the next day (early morning).

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)
